Deposit and Payment:

·     A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.

·     Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date. 

·     A security deposit of $250.00 is also required. The $250 security deposit is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount prior to your arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo, missing contents, excessive cleaning required or for exceeding the number of overnight guests billed for in the reservation.

Cancellations:

·     Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay in the same Aloha Condos property within one year of the original check-in date, subject to availability. 

·     Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.

·     Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments, i.e. all payments. 

 

Hurricane, Tsunami, Earthquake or Storm Policy: No refund will be given unless a mandatory evacuation order has been given by the National Weather Service for Keauhou and the surrounding area.  In the event a mandatory evacuation order is issued, we will refund unused portions of rent of a guest currently occupying the property and any advanced rents or deposits collected for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the evacuation period.

 

Cleaning Fees:

·     All reservations are subject to a check-out cleaning fee of $150.00.

·     Stays of more than 11 nights have additional interim cleaning fees of $150.00. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 nights, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.

 

 

Air Conditioning:

·  Air Conditioning is automatically added to reservations between June 1 and Nov 1 due to higher temperatures and increased humidity that time of year. During those months, having the a/c is most appreciated at night.

·     If guests request A/C be turned on during their stay, a $25.00 local contact trip charge fee may be applied in addition to the daily a/c charge. 

 

General Policies: 

·    We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests.  With more than 4 guests, an additional fee per additional guest is charged per day.  Falsely representing less guests than are actually staying will result in loss of all deposits and immediate eviction.

·     Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. We charge a $50.00 replacement fee for each missing key.

·     All condos are non-smoking units and no pets are allowed in any unit.

·     We charge a fee of $15.00 for any missing beach or bath towels upon checkout.

·     Guests shall respect the House Rules of Kanaloa at Kona, which include observing quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

.Storage of bicycles inside the condo is strictly prohibited.

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the condo lanais or in the pool area.  Smoking in these areas will result in full loss of security deposit.  Additional fees to eliminate all smoke residuals may also be charged.

No pets of any kind are allowed. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use

Kanaloa IRA LLC, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. , collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Orders

We request information from the user on our secure reservations form. On this form, a user must provide contact information (like name and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

We partner with other condo owners and third parties that represent their condos listed on our site. When a user requests a reservation or needs information on one of these condos, we will share the necessary contact, reservation and billing information with the other condo owner or third party to provide rental services for their units.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

This condo has been updated with a 60" TV, many new kitchen items including silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. All carpets and lanais have been professionally cleaned. Living room furniture has been updated and is very comfortable. This condo is in a quiet & peaceful location that overlooks the golf course with mountains in the background. All the creature comforts that you need are right here, waiting for you to enjoy!!

A Touch of Paradise

The Big Island of Hawaii is one of our favourite places to spend a vacation. This was our second, 3 week, stay at Condo 703 at Kanaloa at Kona. We were greeted with a wonderful fruit basket featuring locally grown tropical fruits. On our third day Pam surprised us with a beautiful arrangement of flowers in recognition of our 50th wedding anniversary. This spacious two bedroom condo also afforded us the opportunity to have our son and his family visit us for 8 days. A property manager, provided by Pam, promptly addresses any needs one may have. Many hours of relaxing, taking advantage of the three pools, tennis courts, and enjoying the beautiful grounds and vegetation have left us with lifelong memories. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful vacation rental. Thanks Pam.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very comfortable and furnished nicely. We loved the location - and the views from the lanai over the golf course made for a relaxing breakfast and coffee spot. The pools on the complex were clean and we enjoyed taking our young son for swims. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We came back to this condo for a second time. Same as a year ago, we were greeted by a lovely welcome basket with fresh fruits and chocolates, always a great way to start one's vacation. We really enjoyed the fruits, and even went to the farmer's market in Keauhou Shopping Center to buy some more. The room was in excellent shape, decor being nice and comfortable. No noise from the upstairs,which could be bothersome at some condos in Kanaloa with upper floors. We were healed by the beautiful sound made by the wind chime in the lanai. The premise of Kanaloa, with pools and oceans, was pleasant as always. This condo is highly recommended for those looking for a superb holiday.

Spacious and beautiful condo close to Kona

We stayed 2 weeks in Pam's condo. The place was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything one needs. Also the washing mashine and dryer came in handy with a bunch of triathletes. There was also two parking spots which was excellent as we had two cars.

Communication with Pam went smoothly prior to arrival. She always replied quickly and helped out whenever needed. I can't really think of anything bad. If the condo had ocean view and was located a little closer to Kona we would have rated it "excellent"! Stay at Pam's -you won't regret it!
