Best Condo We Ever Stayed In!

Wow! Wow! WOW! This place was absolutely phenomenal - clean, comfortable, beautiful, very quiet, and has everything you could need. Best of all, THE VIEW!!!!! The best location and views in the entire complex. It is a 3 bedroom (one being a loft with two... more twin beds) and 3 bathroom spacious condo, upper corner unit. From the master bedroom and second bedroom there are stunning views from huge windows of a cove where we saw surfers, paddle boarders, and excursion boats. Each night, we saw the manta ray expedition with colorful lights set up at the edge of the cove. The living room also has huge windows on the cove side and some looking out to the ocean. Sitting on the large balcony, you have expansive, gorgeous views of the ocean. There is a lava rock barrier against which the ocean waves crash and spray that we loved watching and listening to. The balcony also faces west, so we got perfect sunset view each evening. As incredible as the views were, the entire condo is wonderfully decorated and perfectly appointed. It is obvious that the owners lovingly picked out the finishes. The beds were all super comfortable and there were A/C units and fans in every bedroom and in the living room, so it was nice and cool inside. A pleasant surprise was the remote controlled shades! Now I want them for my house! The kitchen was excellent. We cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. It even had all good-quality dishes, sharp knives, newer pots and pans, storage containers, etc. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo - with a group of 5, we needed it a few times! The condo was also spotlessly clean. I also have to mention that we were greeted with a lovely basket of Hawaiian goodies that we all thoroughly enjoyed - such a nice touch! The only thing I wished the condo had was a few more pillows (I just like to sleep with my head a little elevated), but next time (and there will be a next time!!!) I will just bring my own. The condo grounds were immaculately landscaped and groomed. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and watched people playing tennis and pickleball. They even have corn hole and ping pong! One more thing I have to rave about was the fact that we were allowed a late check out! We had a 9:30 p.m. flight on Thanksgiving and most places were closed, so that late check out was really and truly such a gift! Gorgeous location on Kona

The location is close to Airport and other great attractions / beaches. The residence is very clean and very beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and there is sufficient cleaning supplies. Would gladly stay here again.

Best stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at 3103! We were literally right on the ocean with the best view and most wonderful patio to sip our coffee on! The rooms were great — the master and second bedroom had incredible views. All of the beds were... more comfy, bathrooms nice (the master was lovely!), and all the kitchen supplies we needed. The loft area was great as well. We used the boogie boards to go to Magic Sands beach and booked a snorkeling excursion just a couple miles away. One day our friends took a road trip to the volcano, I also participated in the Ironman and it was just a 15 minute drive to the race venue. The location was great. We’d definitely come back! less

Fabulous stay

We have enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect. It did have everything we need. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. AC worked very well. And one more thing we did enjoy the most was the huge balcony with panoramic view to... more the ocean. We could spent hours sitting there and watched the ocean.
