What a wonderful condo. Beautifully updated. Ocean front. We loved the oversized wicker rockers on the Lanai to relax and gaze at the ocean and spectacular sunrise. F-104 is clean,comfortable and stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and even a cooler so you can enjoy the white sand beach and even take a swim in the ocean right outside your door. My husband and I were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary. It was a dream vacation and everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in this beach-front condo which had been refurbished and was nicely appointed and even included beach stuff- chairs, towels, boogie boards, and umbrella. Great stretch of sandy beach was right out our door and the sunrises were spectacular. The location was great, we walked to Kealea Beach on the ocean-front path and walked around the town of Kapaa. We would stay in this unit again.

Very nice and clean ground floor condo with updated kitchen and excellent views of ocean and sunrises. Good location within easy walking distance to local businesses. Our only complaint was the lack of instructions for using TV. We did eventually get it figured out, but written instructions would be helpful in avoiding frustration. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo for your hospitality.

Beautifully renovated with good taste in furnishings. Fantastic kitchen. Comfyy sofa bed. Lovely linens. Great ocean view and long walking path along coast. Lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. We had 2 sunny days out of 4. Easy to get anywhere on island. Lots of food shopping abd restaurants nearby. Sam's restaurant is hidden gem. Sounds from suite above were disturbing but typical of older building. Would stay again.

We only had one night left on our trip to the area and we were super lucky to get this rental. It was more than I wanted to spend for one night (I had to pay the rate plus the cleaning fee of $165) but I would have to say it was worth it. The condo offered many luxuries and spectacular views. The bed is worth mentioning - perfect is all I can think to describe it. Building was in a busy area but once in the unit you are surrounded by the views and forget the busy road you came in on. We had an excellent stay and would visit again when we come back to the area.

We loved staying in Pono Kai F-104. It was beautifully updated throughout. The ocean view with the morning sunrise was inspiring. The miles long bicycle/walking path is right at out our door and we enjoyed walking on it every morning. The kitchen amenities provided everything we needed and it was well stocked with paper towels and TP. There were plenty of towels for both bath and the beach/pool and the pool is located very close to this unit. The grounds are well kept and the location is the best!

This condo was just beautiful, inside and out. We truly loved it. It had all you needed and more. Loved the decor. I hope we are able to come back and stay at this same condo. Very nice and clean. The rocking chairs on the patio were just perfect. I'm sure this is the best looking condo in the place. I would only stay in this specific one again. Also had the best view. Please tell the owners Thank You for sharing their beautiful home with us

This was a nice great room and all the little extras were great too. Things like beach chairs, boogie boards, laundry detergent, baggies, and such. Pretty well stocked except for food. Nice ground floor location with ocean view and minimal foot traffic and use of the are. Resort barbque out front. Thanks

We have been to Kauai many times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is convenient to so many things, but being able to have a clear view of the ocean is priceless. We enjoyed the convenience of the Kapa'a beach walk. You can walk 4 glorious miles along the ocean by just walking out your lanai door. You can walk to many shops and restaurants in a few minutes. Driving to the north end of the island is a breeze, but only 20 minutes to the airport (depending on the traffic). The complex amenities are very good. The keyless entry is so convenient. The condo was well equip and clean when we arrived. There was one scare when the fan switch sparked but the response for maintenance was very fast for Christmas Eve. There is room for upgrades and or maintained (screen door/fan), but over all we were very pleased. The beach was a disappointment as the plastic and garbage, which we helped clean daily, covered the beach and water making swimming unpleasant. Fortunately there are many beach's within a short drive to the condo which we took advantage of. The bi-weekly loud advertising to sell day trips at the pool were annoying and rem...
