We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. The house had a lot of space for a family of 8 (2 adults, 3 Seniors and 3 kids). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Kitchen was large enough for the adults to cook and mingle together. The pool and spa was nice. Love the location of the bathrooms which were close or within the bedrooms. We loved our week long stay at Pili Mai 9B. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. Comfortable from the youngest guest (1 year old) to Grandpa! Complex location was perfect to explore nearby beaches. Amenities were well kept and nice and close to the unit. Views from the unit were lovely. We felt we had privacy as well. Layout was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

The home has a charmed location in the Pili Mai Development which lies between Old Koloa Town and Poipu Beach. It is a few steps away from the pool and the outdoor grills. Absolutely beautiful condo. Very spacious and a fully equipped kitchen. We travel a lot around the globe and this had to be one of the cleanest and well stocked places that we have ever stayed. The extras sure helped out, from garbage bags, baggies, toilet paper, laundry detergent, even a few spices and cooking oils and everything we needed for the beach. We had a great stay at Pili Mai Condo 9B. It was very clean and comfortable. The condo provided so much more than what we expected. With utensils and condiments and dinner ware. There were so many positive things, we didn’t have any bad things to say. The next time we need to we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Condo, views, pool and neighborhood were even better than described. A great beach (sunbathe , swimming, restrooms, etc.) is a 14 minute walk away. Walk down the wide shoulder of the quiet neighborhood access road, cross the main road, and then follow the "beach access" signs through the beautiful gardens of a resort.

Our 2 families had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai 9B in August of 2018. The condo was well equipped and fit our 4 adults and 4 children perfectly. We loved that there were two master suites and 2 bedrooms upstairs with 4 twin beds. The lanai was the perfect breakfast spot with the ocean off to the distance and the golf course right there. The garage was filled with beach/pool accessories for all 8 of us. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. We will definitely book Pili Mai again in the future!

Perfect place to stay while on Kauai! Great location! Close to the beach and restaurants and the pool and fitness center are within walking distance. The condo was immaculate and so spacious.If you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen is fully stocked! Perfect for families or groups traveling together. This is a beautiful condo that perfectly fit our needs for 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped with most utensils that we needed. Very nice lanai with 6 chairs around the table. The only negatives were the air conditioning and keypad for the door. I think the AC was pre-programmed so that we couldn’t turn it down to cool off. We had to make several attempts each time to open the front door..touchy keypad.

Pretty sure the owner is controlling the A/C. Could never get it to stay on during the day even with all the doors and windows closed. Finally at night around 11pm or so it would stay on until morning. Either it’s on a timer or the owner is remotely controlling it. We tried several ways to try and get it to stay on with no luck. So it gets hot during the day. View is of a parking lot and in the morning hours the workers going to work at the restaurant would drive with loud music into the parking lot. I rented 2 condos for our stay. They were very nice inside. They are close to Front Street which is very convent. Be aware parking is expensive on site. You can park a block away still paying a fee. Street parking was always full.

Second of 2 units we rented for the Veterans Day weekend. Very clean ground floor unit with large outdoor patio table. Conveniently located adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course and 5 minute drive from Poipu Bay Golf Course. Would definitely return on our next golf weekend to Kauai.

The condo had everything we needed. Pack-n-Play, ziplocks, lots of beach towels, extra blankets, utensils, seasonings, etc. One of the most well stocked condos we have ever booked. Loved the pool. The Pili Mai condo we stayed in was gorgeous, new, clean, equipped, central air the best! Grounds and heated pool were amazing. This condo is perfect for a large family and is close to beaches, shopping, everything!! The only thing that would have been helpful is a binder of best grocery stores to shop, restaurants, what shops in the area at the condo for us to view, we had to go around and ask various people about these things. Also, the tv was difficult to figure out and no instructions available. Overall, great place to stay, we’ll definitely return one day.

Pili Mae was a wonderful complex in the Poipu area of Kauai. The condo was perfect, clean (NEW) and had a good amount of amenities for a weeks stay. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were awesome to have! The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The pool was gorgeous and clean. We recently stayed in Pili Mai and it has been a wonderful experience. The condo is well equipped and maintained. There is also friendly staff on call. It is within walking distance to Poipu Beach, a shopping square and restaurants. The condo also has a great open backyard where our kids had lots of fun under the Hawaii sun. I would strongly recommend it for family/group looking to have a vacation stay in Kauai.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is private and having 3 separate bathrooms is definitely a bonus. We recently had the great pleasure of staying in Condo 1C at Pili Mai. It was truly was one of the best condo experiences that we have had on any of the Islands. The unit was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Everything was virtually brand new and worked well. I own a construction company that does work on the island and so I make multiple trips to the Poipu area every year. The condos are always well decorated and always very clean. The units have everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach towels. The location is great with beaches, restaurants and beach all walking distance away. Beautiful place. Tiny wear on carpets probably from non locals bringing their shoes in. Probably the only thing that was a thing - a small thing - was when we asked for late check out was told can’t cause cleaner was on the clock and would be there by 10am. We cleaned up locked up and went into the pool for a bit and no one came while we were there. We were there a little over an hour.

Condo was nice but the tv’s were not set up and the garbage disposal leaked water when it was run and the screen in the master bedroom was torn and some of the pillows still had their price tags called these problem in but no one came to fix these items other than these small problems the condo was great.

We've been to Kauai about 6 times now and this was the first time staying on the south side. The condo was just perfect. It was close to everything - restaurants, shops and beach. Most places were walkable. The condo itself was perfect - 3 big bedrooms and 3 full baths. It had everything we needed - fully loaded from beach towels to kitchen gadgets. We had a delightful stay at Pili Mai 10L from 17 - 24 Jan 20. The condo featured a well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and beach accessories. It is situated overlooking #9 green of the Kiahuna Golf Course. It was quiet and air conditioned. The only minor complaint would be the lighting in the Master BR/bath was quite dim. 6 adults stayed and we’ll look into a return stay.

This condo is spacious, well appointed, well lit, and has an excellent location. The golf course is not very busy, so pretty quiet. You can walk to the shopping center and the beach is not such a far walk either. It’s a short drive to a lot of interesting places and you are halfway between the canyon and the north coast — and less than 30 minutes to the airport, Costco, etc....

We had a wonderful time at 10L and the views from the back deck are great. We can either watch golfers tee off, catch a great glimpse of the ocean or the beautiful mountains. Deck is a bit tight with a table for 4 and one lounger and when you sit down the railing does interfere with your view. We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and it fit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything we needed and more was provided. The condo was very well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the lanai which overlooks the golf course and even allows you a view of the ocean. 2nd floor 3 bedroom unit. (We were only 2 people.) Air conditioning in condos in Poipu is extremely hard to find. So having a unit that had central air was a blessing, particularly on short notice. Pili Mai is conveniently located to shopping, dining & beaches. Pili Mai is a new complex not even finished. There was no problem at all with construction noise. Great gym & pool area. Only downside was that it didn't open til 9 AM. Unit itself was well supplied with towels, dishes, & cookware. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pili Mai Condo 10L. Check-in was easy and the condo was supplied with everything we needed for a great vacation. The covered patio was wonderful for drinks in the evening, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals. The full size washer and dryer worked well and the AC was wonderful. The location of the condo is very convenient to general stores and shops, and just down the road from Kauai's most beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this condo.

The unit backed up to the golf course and beyond that we could see the ocean, it's not close but viewable. We had three retired couples looking for great accommodations and a great location. Pili Mal 10L filled the bill to perfection. Located in Poipu, sunshine every day filled the soul. Located on a golf course, with a view of the ocean , and just a 10 minute walk down to the beach made walking every day a joy. This beautifully renovated condo is well stocked with everything for daily living as well everything for the beach. There is still construction ongoing but it did not really bother us. My wife and I prefer to stay in condos when vacationing in the Hawaiian Islands. The Pili Mai condos are another great location to stay if you prefer to vacation this way. Quiet, newly constructed and nice amenities. The staff at Aloha Condos is very helpful and easy to get a hold of for any needs that might pop up. Our stay at Pili Mai was phenomenal! We arrived at the scheduled check-in time-- no hassle, just a lockbox code for a key and everything was waiting for us inside! The complex is under construction but that was hardly noticeable. The unit overlooks a golf course and the ocean is in the background. Perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing on the deck. Nice to have a/c in the evenings especially after a hot day at the beach. We had our own garage to pull our rental into. The condo is located close to the beaches and everything else that we wanted to do for our 7 day trip We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was lovely and everything was in great condition. It's located near shopping/beaches, but you definitely need a rental car and must drive anywhere you want to go. We always explore on vacation and go to different beaches/hikes everyday, so this didn't bother us. The pool was fantastic and we grilled at the pool every night. This condo is on the second story, so you must take stairs. Graeme managed the property and was incredibly responsive/helpful. Perfect personality for his job. The one major drawback for us was that checkout was at 10 am and our flight didn't leave until 10 pm.

We were looking for a place not far from the beach with nice amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.). The condo was beautiful and there was plenty of room for my parents who were traveling with my wife, my son, and I. Exactly what we were looking for, and near shops and restaurants in the Poipu Beach area. Would definitely stay again!

4.75 stars! Pili Mai Condo 1H was nicely furnished and well stocked with all the necessary amenities anyone would need during their stay. Pili Mai in Poipu is a wonderful new community on the Poipu/Koloa side of the island. It's new, private, quite, clean and further more centrally located and within close proximity to the beaches, shopping villages, restaurants, and multiple grocery stores. Nice place Very clean and easy to find. Close to the beach and stores. Some of the places to rent in poipu are dates but pili Mai 1H everything you could want and the property manager was quick to respond and friendly. I would rent again

This was my first visit back to Kauai after 10+ years. Pili Mai condo 1H was very well equipped and very nicely decorated. I used the 2nd bedroom, and had my daughter and son-in-law use the master bedroom. The beds were great! Kitchen is very well-equiped with everything we needed for preparing meals and eating in, when we chose to. FYI - From my experience with other Aloha Condos properties on the Big Island, I had expected/hoped that some basic refrigerated condiments, such as ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc might have been left by previous guests. great condo had everything you needed, The bike chained up in the garage was in the way to park the minivan in the garage. Thus we had to park outside and walk on the grass/dirt, not a good design for a driveway at all. the people upstairs never stop moving or making noise.
