We had a great two weeks at Islander in Unit 137. Our three complaints are that the automatic door closer is way too strong(as we have found in other units in the facility) and the door does not fit/close easily. Also, as is true in all the units at the Islander, the sliding glass door and the curtains are at odds with eachother; the door should have opened from the end, not the middle. We needed to purchase a broom to help sweep up the sand that manages to find its way into the room. The rugs in the bathroom could use replacing. Otherwise it was a very nice place, very reasonable.
