This is our 3rd visit to Kona Reef Condo F-26. As usual it could not have been better - great views of the ocean, immaculately clean, comfortable, well decorated and an owner who could not have been more welcoming or responsive. The Condo complex is also outstanding, well designed, lovely pool, ocean views. hot tub and easy walking distance to the village of Kona with its excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Its is a special place to relax and enjoy the perfect weather. It has become for us truly a home away from home in paradise.

Great location, good furnished condo. Lot of restaurants at walking distance, small beach next to the resort. Pool was great, kids had lots of fun. great package for family. Wayne is responsive, we had some trouble with towels, he replaced them next day.

We had a great time at the condo. Saw Spinner dolphins from the Lanai. 3rd floor is private, quiet with a great view of the pool and ocean. Easy walking distance to Kona town. Host is a great communicator and was easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

this is a great unit with beautiful view of the ocean. Excellent location and easy walk to town. Nice ammenities as we used barbeque by pool every night to have dinners poolside with wonderful views of the ocean and its surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay at aloha condos. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to all the shops. The pool and shoreline areas were wonderful.

I decided to do a two night stopover on my way from SYD to LAX. This place was perfect. I swam in the pool multiple times and strolled down to the lagoon for a swim with tropical fish. I had lunch at the neighboring resort and used their gift shop to pick up supplies of soda and coffee. The place is extremely well maintained by the owners, who I was luckily enough to meet as I was leaving. They stay there often and take great pride in their space. Clean, neat very convenient location. Everything provided to make for a carefree island vacation. A return trip to our favorite Hawaiian island in 28 years. Easy walk to a vibrant Kona town yet just off the highways to get to all parts of the Big Island. Unit owner was easy to work with throughout.

The condo is very clean, well-equipped and superbly situated close to Kona town (restaurants, shops, pier) but also quiet and well-maintained. Everything from snorkeling gear to sunscreen is provided. The best treat is the sound of the ocean and the breezes and the sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Should you need it the couch makes into a not so comfortable bed, so bring your inflatable mattress. We would return in a heartbeat!

What an awesome way to start our multi location stay on the Big Island. The location could not be more perfect and the unit was so well provisioned and maintained. The sound of the ocean at night was all we needed to sleep but the unit does also have air conditioning and fans for those hot days or nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Daily surfers and para sailors made for great entertainment. The condo is sparkling clean and well equipped. The owners are very responsive. The location, an easy walk to town, is perfect!

We were here almost 4 weeks and enjoyed the entire time. The condo itself is lovely, great views, very comfortable and has everything you need. The location couldn't be better, easy walking distance from town, shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and allow you to hear the ocean waves. Last but not least, the owner is very reachable and could not have been more accommodating and friendly.

This is a great place to stay. Wayne the new owner was a delight to work with. My booking occurred in the middle of closing process of this property in which Wayne became the new owner. Due to this situation, there was some confusion and challenges as my wife and I settled into this condo. Wane went out of his way to make sure any issues that came up during this transition were addressed immediately. This well-located, 3rd floor corner unit is a warm & welcoming space with a very impressive ocean view. Pictures simply do not do it justice. The 3rd floor location offers a better view and more privacy than the vast majority of the other units in the Kona Reef complex. The condo is comfortably furnished and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Our family has really enjoyed the condo F-26 at Kona Reef Condos during our stay at Kona. The condo has a very amazing view of the ocean, with very a nice big balcony. You will be on the top most floor, so the view is gorgeous --- It is cleaned, organized, and well prepared. We had a wonderful stay at Kona Reef Condo F-26. The unit was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, with incredible views. We loved drinking our morning coffee and watching the surfers. The kitchen was stocked well for those who enjoy cooking, the bed was comfortable, and the sunsets...priceless. This condo was just as described. The condo itself is a little dated but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was clean which is most important. The lanai was close enough to the water to hear the waves but not directly on the water. Seeing whales or dolphins was a struggle from the lanai but the beach was just a few steps away. My stay was very enjoyable. The unit was clean and all necessities were provided. Appliances were in good working order. The instructions provided made it easy to access the the unit. The view was terrific and the lanai was a nice touch. I would recommend this unit to future guests.

This condo is very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback is the noise factor. Being an end unit, the traffic noise in the evening and into the night from Ali'i Drive is amplified. It is a small inconvenience that we adapted to pretty quickly.

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. We arrived late and the office was closed so we wern't able to get our vehicle registered and was afraid of getting towed. I contacted Vance and got a prompt response and the parking situation was all figured out. The condo its self was everything that was advertised and more! Great location, clean, and had the perfect view of the pool and beach.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Kona Reef, Condo F-26 for a week. The unit is clean, comfortable, updated and the building is terrific. The location is perfect, walking distance to Kona shops and restaurants and a quick drive to great swimmable beaches. We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Having snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef F-26. The condo has a welcome to Hawaii feel. The view along with the ocean waves sounds were soothing. Sleeping was no problem, although bedroom is on parking lot side. I read everything which proved necessary, there is a to do list before leaving which includes stripping of bed sheets etc. I highly recommend Kona Reef F-26 perfect setting, near to Ali Drive sites, shops, restaurants, beaches and more. I must add communication from beginning was excellent and responses quick.

Pros: Great view, close to town, clean, good communication with the owners when we had a question. Cons: The unit backs up to the road so it was very noisy in the bedroom. We were there for garbage pickup morning also. The lights coming into the entrance are on all night and shine through the window. I would suggest black out curtains. Other than that it could use some upkeep and some redecorating. The view makes up for a lot and again the owners were very helpful.

we stay at the Kona Reef condo for 5 nights in July 2019: a couple + our adult son (19 years old). The condo was clean and as described in the web site. It is very near the Kona village, so you don't need the car to go there. We use the pool and the bbq site, all was perfectly maintain and never too crowd. We take our coffee on the lanai each morning and watch the surfer in front of the resort. The communication with Vance and Bethyl is perfect and quick at any time. My boyfriend and I came for a much needed RR trip. This condo was fantastic! The entire condo was comfortable and the location was amazing. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and also left a welcome pineapple that was delicious. A very quick walk to all the restaurants and bars. If flying in stop by the Costco, Walmart or Safeway for groceries on your way to the condo and do not forget to buy your own coffee/tea. Sitting outside in the morning and watching the surfers was so relaxing. If we come back to the big island we would stay here again. Mahalo!

F26 has a prime location in the only building that has complete elevator service. We enjoyed getting to know the Shepperson’s, the owners, as they resolved some issues with the unit. They were very responsive. Since the units are individually owned, each owner manages the renovation schedule of their unit. Some have been completely redone and some need more work. Our big complaint is with the Aloha booking site. We found them to be very difficult to deal and will avoid working with them in the future. This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views of the ocean were unreal, and watching the sunset from the lanai was amazing (and the fan out there made it so pleasant even at the hottest time of day). The location right next to Honl’s beach was perfect, our son was thrilled to be able to walk right over to the beach anytime to play in the sand and waves. We even saw turtles there twice! We enjoyed 3 great weeks on the Big Island and staying in Condo F-26 was the perfect location to be at. Close to downtown and the Farmers Market while off the main drag for peace and quiet. The unit was well maintained and has everything you need. Being on the end and at the top gave you plenty of light and a refreshing breeze so that air conditioning was not needed much. This condo is absolutely amazing. The view was phenomenal a straight shot of the ocean close enough to feel the breeze coming in. It was stock with everything we needed down to snorkeling gear and towels for the beach. I would highly recommend it. How ever at the time of my stay there was some construction going on, but it was a terribly big deal.

A very nice condo fully stocked with toys and kitchen tools. Wonderful views from all of the rooms and lanai. Great cross breeze and excellent AC system. Very clean and organized. Owners were very attentive and relational. Excellent value! Kona Reef we feel is the absolute best location and we would definately stay at this condo again, if we're hadn't just bought one ourselves.

Thank you for the stay in your condo. My friend and I came on this trip to allow to take a step back from working over 80 hours a week. Waking up to coffee on the balcony was exactly what I needed. I have been to the Big Island six times over the past 3 years and this stay was even better than the others! I hope to bring my family back for the Holidays to create some more amazing memories.
