Yes, every property is privately owned. They are NOT time-share vacation rentals.
Who does a guest contact if they encounter a problem during their stay?
Each condo has an assigned person who lives nearby to help with any problems during a guest's stay. Contact information for this person is included in the check-in instructions.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my accommodations or my reservation prior to my visit, and I can’t find the answer on the website?
You should contact the condo owner (or owner’s representative) directly. Contact information is unique for each condo and is included on all of your reservation correspondence.
Are the availability calendars up to date?
All bookings are done by the website. The calendars are updated real-time as bookings are made on the website.
Where do I find the policies?
Policies are specific for each condo. Policies are found on the search results page (expand all details) or by entering some dates on the condo page and choosing save for later. You'll also see a policies box appear as the first step when you begin the booking process.
Are the rates shown on the website the best rates available?
Yes. Our real-time system searches the available dates and finds the best rates. Rates will change.

Where can I find information about nearby grocery stores and restaurants?
Each condo, resort and island page has a Things to do Nearby tab that provides Google Map enabled information that answers this question and many more about recommended things to do nearby.
