The view was great and the location was perfect. Of course, it is not on the beachfront, but it is the next best thing. It is a short walk to the beach in front of the Hilton. The Hilton lagoon is open to the public...perfect for a relaxing swim or for kids to play. And the ala Moana Beach Park (highly recommended) is a longer walk, but still doable if you're not carrying too much. The bus stops right at the corner next to the building so everything is more or less convenient.
The service was good. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the room had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, the linens in good supply, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
Being on the 11th floor was no problem. There are plenty of elevators and they run very quickly. One unexpected advantage of the room was that we could watch the luau on the rooftop of the Hilton every night from our lanai! It was a little loud sometimes, but nothing that closing the door didn't block out.
We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. If we decide to stay in Waikiki again, we will certainly try to book this condo.

Having a kitchen in the condo was fantastic as we were able to walk to Wal Mart and get some general supplies for those times we didn't feel like eating out. Our only criticism of the condo would be the air conditioning. Whilst it wasn't too hot in Hawaii during our stay the air conditioner still needed to be on and was very noisy. The kitchen and bathroom in the condo is dated but still comfortable and clean. Having access to things like beach towels, mats, chairs, cooler etc was really great!
