Maui Kai 301 is a third floor corner unit directly on the famous Ka'anapali Beach, rated Best Beach in America in 2003. Maui Kai resort is tucked away in a serenely quiet corner, just a couple miles north of the historic whaling village town of Lahaina, the ancient seat of the Hawaiian Royalty government.
A spacious corner, one bedroom, one bath unit sleeps 4. King size 'Sleep Number' adjustable bed in Master adjusts each side separately for a perfect night's sleep. Your 3rd floor perspective is unmatched for intimate viewing of sealife... don't miss the whales frolicking in the waters below during the months of December through April.

Enjoy contemporary family style dining inside nestled next to a huge picture window, or grab a quick snack at the island breakfast bar. But you won't ever forget your meals spent out on your oceanfront, private lanai, where you will be enveloped in gorgeous Pacific blues and spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.
Wake up to the sound of waves and brew yourself a pot of coffee in room, or head down to the lobby for complimentary Kona coffee, Hawaii's finest... or sample a delicious specialty coffee: Mocha, French Vanilla or Cappuccino. Coffee is available and complimentary to our guests every morning from 7-9 am.
Maui Kai's open air lobby beckons you to step out onto the beach to enjoy your coffee beside the surf- toes in the sand or barefoot dangling on the sea wall taking in Maui's lovely morning light.

Your custom bar-style island offers easy seating for conversation or a quick snack, and also makes a great workstation for those who need to check into the 'real world' while on vacation.
Spacious maple cabinets are filled with everything you will need to prepare anything from frozen cocktails to a 3 course meal. Everyone will appreciate the ease and spaciousness of the kitchen layout and the new, full size appliances make meal preparation a joy.

Maui Kai 301's open format kitchen makes the one preparing the meal never feel left out. Expansive views can be enjoyed from the kitchen via the large picture window, out the lanai doors, or reflected in the floor to ceiling mirrors throughout the living room.
Laundry
There is laundry facilities on your floor beside the elevators, coin operated at about $1 a load. Guests usually have left some laundry soap behind- soap and quarters can be purchased at the front desk.
Master Bedroom
Enjoy a perfect night sleep in a king-size Select Comfort 'Sleep Number' bed that allows each side to adjust its firmness individually. Hand made island style Bali furniture adorn the spacious master bedroom.
Boasting yet another gorgeous view, Maui's famous West Side Mountains seen bedside, will greet you in the morning and the tropical breezes move easily through the room most days here in Paradise.
Maui Kai 301 has central A/C as well as a ceiling fan in each room. The master bedroom fan offers added customized comfort with an adjustable speeds and lighting. If curling up with a book before bed is your wish, there is separate bedside lighting for each side of the bed.
Inside the Master closet you will find two sets of dry snorkels (no more inhaling water!) and masks, two sets of fins, two boogie boards, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler. No need to rent a thing to enjoy the ocean playground at your doorstep!
Master Bathroom
Maui Kai 301's bathroom offers custom beauty and functionality, a perfect union for taking you a world away. Unique features such as Indonesian stone bowl sink, locally sculpted pewter 'Honu' (turtle) drawer pulls and sapphire granite countertop make for a lovely environment to enjoy the West Maui Mountain views.
An adorable, hand painted, baby 'Honu' (turtle) greets you as you enter the unique beauty of your custom shower. Revel in your fully adjustable twin massage showerheads allowing you to select 'rain' or 'penetrating massage' pressure. Don't forget, the shower bar adjusts for a perfect height fit too!

Location
Located in the heart of West Maui famous for its history and modern ammenities. Lahaina town, just 5 miles south, is an old whaling village and the former playground of Hawaiian Alii, or ruling class. Today, it is known for it fantastic views of the islands of Molokai and Lana'i and its world class cuisine.
Nestled impossibly close to the water, we are in fact the closest resort to the water on all of Maui. The views are stunning here on the sleepier side of the Famous Ka'anapali Beach, voted best Beach in America. Maui Kai is an oasis that you may never want to leave. We have the sandy beach, swimming and snorkeling waters, restaurants within barefoot walking distance and spectacular, spacious private lanais.
