- 3rd floor directly ocean front looking over the grassy lawn and pool to the left. Fabulous ocean views and sunsets since all lanais face west. You will be intimate with the ocean sounds since you are barely 50' from its edge. Watch whales in the winter months and see sailboats and turtles year round.
Lanai
- Walk out to the tiled, oceanfront lanai from the living room through the sliding glass doors. There is seating for (4). Have your morning coffee while watching the dawn colors change over the ocean and the island of Lanai and since you are facing the west, sunsets are spectacular and yours to enjoy every night....free of charge!!!

- Lighted and tiled hall that is entered by street side lanai. Leads to bedroom on the left, bath and ends at living room/ kitchen area.
Living Room

The living room of unit 312 at Lahaina Roads condos is spacious and comfortable. There is a sofa (which pulls out to a queen size bed), comfy leather chair with ottoman, great art, flat screen TV, VCR, ceiling fan and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.
Kitchen
- Modern kitchen with full-size efrigerator/freezer w/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and built in stove and oven. Glassware and dinnerware to serve 6. Wine glasses and large plastic glasses to take to the pool. Lots of cooking utensils, steak knives, 2 coffee makers, coffee grinder, large coffee mugs, blender, tupperware and mixing bowls.
- Although this is not an eat-in kitchen, there is a glass counter height breakfast bar that seats (2) More traditional dining table located on lanai. Seating for (4)

- Stacked apartment size washer and dryer are located off of the entry hall inside your unit.
Bedroom
- a queen-size bed with matching teak end tables and six-drawer dresser, cable TV. Large double closet. Reading lamps, overhead light, ceiling fan and carpeted for your comfort

- Newly remodeled in 2007. Tiled floors, large vanity and mirror and walk-in glass block shower. Lots of bath towels and beach towels for your comfort. Blow dryer provided along with start up soap and body lotion.
Location
- Lahaina Roads in located directly on Front street just 1 mile from the center of historic Lahaina town. Walk to restaurants, grocery shopping (open 24 hours and only 2 blocks away) drug stores, Lahaina Cannery mall and the new Lahaina Shopping center featuring Outback Steakhouse, Barnes and Nobles books, Maui Dive shop, Genke sushi, Dave's Nail shop and lots, lots more
- Kaanapali is only 3 miles away. Kapalua only 8 miles.
- Ocean access for snorkeling but Baby Beach is a short walk to the south and Kaanapali Beach just a 3-4 minute drive
- Walk to Lahaina town in the morning for exersize and before you return, stop and watch the surfers at the seawall behind the Pioneer Inn or stop at Moose McGillycuddy's for a big breakfast and blood mary. If you are a Starbucks fan, you will have two of them within your two mile roundtrip walk from your unit to town and back. Enjoy the peacefulness of the quaint town before all the rest of the folks wake up and the shops open. You will feel like you are a Kama'aina!
