All of the Homes listed on the Aloha Homes website are privately owned. They are not time-share Homes.
Each of the Homes has an assigned person who lives nearby to help with any problems during a guest's stay. Contact information for this person is included in the check-in instructions.
Yes, the pool is a private pool used only by the renters in Beach House B. Although the pool could be used by the occupants of the other two homes, one of them is vacant and the other one has a mother and her son who live there permanently but they do not use the pool.
The pool is oval and is approximately 25 feet long by 10 feet wide and 6 feet deep.
The sandy beach in front of Moana Kai Beach Houses is Waipouli Beach and the beach park is called Lihi (pronounced Lee Hee) Beach Park. In both directions north and south from Moana Kai Beach Houses are sandy beaches including Baby Beach which is only 100 feet north and is an excellent beach for babies and young children because there is a coral reef that keeps the water near shore calm and the big waves don't reach the shore. If you're looking for a more private beach, just walk 50 feet north across the bike path bridge and you'll find a great sandy spot with very few people. It's the owner's, Jim and Miranda, favorite spot to get away and relax.
