This condo was wonderful. Free parking and wifi. It's on the bottom level of the three story condo which I thought I would not like but It was awesome to just open up the great big sliding glass door to walk to the pool which was steps away and also the hot tub and the bar! Also great when we had a handful of clothes to wash at the laundry room. It had everything we needed beach towels plenty of bath towels. We used the small fridge provide and got water bottles and other drinks and everyday filled the small cooler (also provided) with ice (there is an ice bin just steps away the front door) and had cold drinks for the car/beach. Saved us some money. Bought Kauia coffee and enjoyed that every morning on the patio. Our only bummer was that we noticed you can hear clanking of cabinet doors and if people are being a bit noisy you can hear it. When this happened we played our music softly and just tuned it out :-) we had to move to a resort for two days after because we didn't have the condo for 7 full days. Luxurious resort, but we had to pay for parking $14 a day and they wanted $13 for wifi !! Craziness. Also bonus was that grocery store was very close! Safeway is down the road. If you want a sweet retreat come here..if your lookin to party all night long don't. My husband and I loved the stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this unit for 8 days in December 2012 and to be honest we were a little worried as to what we would be staying in, because if you've compared prices to other hotels this unit was a steal. I was dreading being stuck in roach motel, but upon arrival I was very pleased with our choice of stay. First thing I noticed walking into the unit was how clean it looked and smelled. Before we found the unit though, we had some difficulty locating the unit, everyone we asked seemed to point us in the wrong direction, so a map of the grounds before hand may have been useful. However, the rental company was quick to help and answer any questions we had.
The unit had many useful amenities that you would not have found staying at a regular hotel. Things such as real beach towels, like pretty colorful big ones. This was very fortunate for us as we decided to not pack, so this saved us money. There was nice welcome package with a tourist video, coffee, candies, and all sorts of things. Other things like BBQ utensils, ice chest, beach chairs, sand toys, and more also came in great use. The room had a decently sized bathroom and although we didn't use it much, the a/C unit was nice at time. They didn't want clothing hung off the furniture, a drying rack of some kind would have been useful.
The pool and beach was just a short walk from the Lanai. We cooked food on the hotels brand new Bbq's and enjoyed the company of fellow travelers and locals at the tiki hut by the pool most nights.
The only con I can think of that the beach isn't the nicest, but Kapaa is a great place to stay as it a good starting point to head North or South for the day which is what we did. We enjoyed the farmers market on Thursdays in coconut marketplace and all the stores there as well. I would definitely stay again!
I gave them 5 stars based on what I was told I was purchasing and what I actually got for my money.

This well-maintained condo perfectly located within the complex, is situated close to the pool and beach. Afternoon happy hour at the pool allows you to meet others staying at the location. Lovely people from around the world relaxing, and barbecuing fish on the grills that are available for all visitors to use. The condo has been well taken care of and provides you with everything you need for your visit. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby prevent the need for a car.
Who new you could vacation in Hawaii for so cheap!

These condos managed by aloha Condos were a steal! Before we arrived, we were questioning how nice the place would be because of the extremely low price, but when we arrived, all concerns vanished. The place was great! 30 feet from the bar and pool and probably 100 feet from a beautiful ocean front!
Convenient location, comfortable unit

We decided to stay in Kapa'a to be closer to both the north and south ends of the island. The room was everything we expected, comfortable beds, clean, easy access from the parking lot and to the beach. Quiet property, we had no issues with noise. The beach toys were a bonus!
Excellent Value

In summary: This condo is small. But at the price ($89/nt+tax) it was perfect. If you want more, you pay more. This was the least expensive option I could find and it met all my needs perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better value.
The good: The owners make the most out of this small space. For example, the kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, and microwave but also a coffee pot (8-cup) and toaster oven. It also has dishes and utensils and 3 cutting boards (incl. 1 that is large enough to cover the sink, creating a little more work space). By being a little creative (heating water in the coffee pot, broiling steaks in the toaster oven), I found that this tiny kitchen had everything I needed to eat-in and minimize my food costs. There are also grills by the pool if you prefer that option.
Some other nice touches: the beach towels and chairs are fantastic; the chairs at the little table are quite comfortable; I fell in love with the comforter; and they have an iPod docking station with alarm clock that I really enjoyed. They also provided a really good island guide book (on loan) and a journal for sharing experiences with owners/future guests. I took that guide book with me everywhere, it was so helpful.
The bad (nitpicky things only): There are no carpets, all the floors are tiled. Easy to keep clean, but not pleasant to walk on 1st thing in the morning. I suggest you pack slippers or house shoes. The heavy privacy curtain opens/closes easily, but the thinner curtain gets stuck on the tracks - guess that one doesn't get opened as often. The air conditioner looks rusty, but works fine. The bathroom fan sounds like it needs some attention, and it's annoying that it comes on every time I turn the light on, but it works as it should.
