Mark and Diane you thought of everything! Like everyone else we spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the crashing waves & the golfers. The binoculars came in handy & we both have a new respect for golfers – tough game! You made it easy to be here and have a great time. The condo is beautifully tropical and well stocked – the fine beach chairs were perfect for long lazy days on the beaches. We felt pampered & very welcome. Mahalo.

We have been coming to the island for 35 years, both with children and now without and this is the very best place we’ve stayed by far either condo or hotel – beautifully furnished, decorated and equipped! We’ve visited friends who live here in Honokaa raising coffee and mac nuts in retirement, Saw City if Refuge again after many years and a coffee processing company. Haven’t eaten out much since no restaurant could offer us a better view than from the lanai at 1603. We’ve truly enjoyed our stay and will look forward to another time

We have truly enjoyed our time here. It is a beautiful spot on the island. The condo was so nice to call home for a few days. We especially enjoyed listening to the surf at night and sitting on the lanai watching the sunset in the evenings, as well as just watching the waves during the day.
