Wonderful stay, Stephanie! We so enjoy the spectacular sunsets off the lanais… everything is so meticulously maintained… plus, every item of culinary equipment a professional chef would desire. The owner, Stephanie, was very responsive and helpful. She provided a lot of additional information which was very helpful to us a this was our first visit to this island. I can't recommend this place enough!! From the well stocked kitchen to the comfy beds, everything is just perfect. My husband, two kids and I were so comfortable in this townhome! And it was so close to the pool, we went every single day - just a two minute walk away. Stephanie was very communicative and offered some great ideas for our stay. The picks don’t do this place justice as nice as the picts are . The oven view was GREAT. The condo was very CLEAN . I loved the Hawaiian vibe on the furniture . After several stays at your condominium, it continues to be our 1st Choice! Everything continues to be well maintained, the views are spectacular, and all those extra chairs, coolers, towels make our vacation so easy. And the Na Hale location can’t be beat for walkability and convenience to shopping, restaurants… we so enjoy our morning walks down past Keauhou Bay to the Outrigger Hotel for a latte. This is the third time we have stayed at this wonderful condo, and we will go back in the future. It has everything you need for the beach including lots of beach towels. It has a view of the ocean, and it is just above the pool. This complex is very quiet, which is a huge plus for me.

We have stayed at several of the other townhomes at Na Hale O Keauhou. This home is beautifully decorated and has the best view by far. The appliances were updated and we appreciated that everything was clean and in good working condition! We appreciated the wonderful Aloha gift basket. We have stayed at Na Hale O Keauhou several times and we have always been happy with the location. Very convenient and close to town and adjacent to the Keauhou shopping center (KTA grocery store, Long’s, restaurants). This unit is nicely furnished and provides everything you might need in the kitchen as well as on the beach! Especially, we loved this unit for the great views from the bedroom lanai! We have stayed in several condos within the Na Hale O Keauhou complex and this unit is by far the most well appointed. It has everything you need and more. A very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/bedding, and beach gear (chairs, coolers, etc). This unit offers stunning sunset and ocean views that we enjoyed nightly. The unit is quiet and far enough from Ali'i Drive that you don't hear street noise. Stephanie (owner) was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the coffee maker. We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including fun at the beaches. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling stuff, bogey boards, beach shoes, cooler, etc. all of which we used. I can't even think of anything bad to say about this place, honestly. We got in late at night and the welcome basket waiting for us started it off perfectly. We recently spent 2 weeks in Unit C4 at Na Hale O'Keauhou. Expansive view of the Pacific and sunsets from the lanais. Yes, there are two. One upper and one lower. We ate every meal outside. So enjoyed staying at C-4 condo. It's a beautiful condo and had every kitchen utensil and tool that you could possibly need. There are beach chairs, sand toys, masks, snorkels and towels in the garage. We were in Hawaii for our son's wedding and a number of friends stopped by and all commented how much nicer our "home" was than the ones they had rented. My family loved staying here. The condo is laid out in such a way that we could spend time together as a family indoors or out, or retreat to our private rooms for relaxation time. The place was impeccably clean and so well appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkels, and everything else available to use at the beaches. The condo is located in a great location. The house was immaculate and had lots of room for the six of us. The snorkels and masks were good, but you will need to get some flippers. Really close to shopping and the nearest beach is just down the hill and around the corner. We kept the windows and doors open when we were home and didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. When renting this place let them know ahead of time that you won't need the AC. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is nice because it is close to shopping and the snorkel and swim beaches but is very peaceful and quiet as it is set back from the busy road. We stayed for about a week. There was a nice fruit basket with some yumminess that we enjoyed. The A/C worked great (which we'd had an issue with at a different place a previous time). Wifi worked well for our down time and with morning coffee (and there are a few board/card games). The view is very nice (particularly from the upstairs balcony). The garage is stocked with several things for the beach (which we missed, even though it is in the folder). Very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it :-)

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It was the most comfortable vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, had a fantastic view of the ocean, was very quiet, and had all of necessities....including q-tips. The condo owners really thought of everything and even included a very nice fruit/chocolate basket. We spent a wonderful week in this Na Hale townhome. It is well equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the beach gear. The view is lovely, the location is convenient, and the pool amenities are very nice. One teenage daughter was disappointed that the wi-fi did not pick up in the 3rd bedroom, but as parents this meant we saw much more of her in the living room, which we quite enjoyed. This was such a great surprise! This is a top of the line condo, stocked with everything a family could every need. The furnishings in the condo were top notch. The entire condo is beautifully designed and decorated. We were very close to the pool but had just the right amount of distance. Six of us were in the condo and we all had enough space without feeling cramped. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure this condo is clean, stocked with supplies, and your home away from home. You feel as though you are in a luxury resort! I have been coming to K2 for years now. LOVE it in everyway - from its location in Kona, to how close I am to the pool, to the view I get to enjoy from the lanai. Leaving Alaska in February and snow birding to Kona is the BEST! The condo is well-equipped so I can cook, relax, sleep, chill, and enjoy the warmth of Hawaii. I have stayed in Kailua Kona many times over the years and know it quite well. The Na Hale townhomes are one of the best places to stay on the island. They are near everything, shops, restaurants, beaches. Yet, they are quiet and beautiful with amenities like a substantial pool, hot jacuzzi, a full gym, not to mention the ocean view from both lanais. The grounds are amazing with tropical plantings and colorful birds. The unit is impeccable and has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. I highly recommend staying at this condo and give it a 5 star rating.

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and lacked nothing. Stores and beaches are in walking or short driving distance. This is a lovely condo with fantastic views and close accessability to a reasonable shopping center and also easily accessable snorkeling beaches and local snorkeling cruises only 2 blocks away. This is our second stay in K-2 and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The location is great, easy to walk to the grocery store(s). We spent most of our time by the pool and were less than a 20 minute drive to tons of beaches. We'll definitely be back!

The owner Ruth, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. This condo is extremely well appointed and well kept. The views from the lanais were beautiful! The complex itself is well maintained with great features such as the pool. Very close to amenities and beaches too. Highly recommend Ruth and this condo!

The Condo is in the perfect location for us. We love that is offers a beautiful swimming pool, gym and shops/supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The condo is huge modern and the entire complex is quiet and safe. We just love it.

We had an excellent stay at Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome K-2. The townhome was clean and tidy, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. Excellent location, lots of parking and very quiet at night for a good night sleep. I recommend this unit without any reservation to anyone looking for a luxurious accommodation for a Hawaii vacation.

Sorry so long... We were lucky enough to stay here for 8 days while I attended a conference at the Fairmont-Orchid in July. We appreciated the proximity to Kahalu'u Beach---which is super good for snorkeling, and there was a lifeguard. (Parking spots open at the beach early morning and around lunch time, drive in before you assume it is full!) The location is just off All'i drive, but around 5-10 minutes to touristy Kona, so there was never any noise, it is a quiet area. This was our third stay at Na Hale K-2. All the amenities you need for a fabulous beach vacation. The condo is very spacious, clean and within walking or driving distance of beaches. The pool and exercise area are nice bonuses! It’s also not a far drive to all the action and restaurants in Kailua but nice and quiet when you return back to the condo. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on the Big Island and will definitely return again soon!

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location. The unit is very clean and well maintained. KTA grocery store, CVS Drug store and a number of shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the unit. The shopping center also has a Saturday farmers market that should not be missed. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the complex. The communication with the owner was very good. We would definitely recommend this condo. This two bedroom condo is located in the 5 Star rates Na Hale O’ Keauhou complex. The unit is very well appointed and clean. The owners have maintained the unit extremely well. We so appreciated the beach equipment and the ability to store and dry items in the garage. The owner, Ruth was very responsive to our questions. We will be back again soon!

We spent a week at Na Hale O Keauhou (NHOK), unit K-2 in mid-August of 2021. This unit was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and perfectly maintained. NHOK has perfectly landscaped grounds and is located in close proximity (walking distance) to KTA grocery store, Long's drug store, and a number of shops and restaurants. We pleasantly enjoyed our stay for a week at the Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome K-2. We took it easy and spent lots of time snorkeling, watching beautiful schools of fish at the beach park nearby. On our trip to Hilo, we saw many wild goats when driving, tried many different delicious tropical fruits at the Hilo farmers market, had poke at Suisan fish market, and had the best, no sweetener, black coffee we had ever taste at Hawaiian Crown Plantation and Chocolate Factory. We would definitely come back to enjoy this tranquil place.

We go to the islands frequently and this condo was one of our favorites we've ever stayed in. It is full of thoughtful, comfortable well taken care of space that offers refreshing views of the water from both Lani's. From the well stocked kitchen, to the the usable space in the garage (to hang wet towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc.), this home offered our little family of four a place to be held and renewed. The condo is great and I was very happy with the experience in general. Only 1 issue that I would ask to fix is 1. Please fix the thermostat to control temperature of the water. It was not hot enough for a shower. Thanks for accommodating us in your wonderful home. This was not our first time staying in that condo complex and definitely wont be the last.

This was our third stay at the Na Hale O Keauhou complex and our first stay in K-2. This unit is wonderful? The furniture is comfortable and accommodations even nicer than we expected. We stayed in the complex in 2016 and 2017, but illness (and the volcano) prevented our return to Hawaii for the last 2 years. We were thrilled to find K-2 available and Ruth (our host) was wonderfully accommodating. We hope to return! With the closet proximity to the pool and the quiet surroundings, we will go back. Mahalo!

We loved the condo, it was nice to stay in an upscale place. It was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay there again. Tom, the property manager and Ruth, the owner were very reactive to replace the microwave when it stopped working. The only problem we incurred was at the pool. Some of the attendees were not used to kids and overreacted to being splashed.

This is a very nice condo with two master suites, easily and comfortably accommodating four adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lanai grill was a definite plus. We loved the lanai with the ocean view over the golf course. Our pregnant daughter particularly loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The Townhome is ideally located within a locked community that is quiet and very safe, yet very close to the beach and social gathering spots. The Townhome is furnished with everything we ever needed for daily living, including optional items for ocean snorkeling and beach equipment. Because of the beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished facility, we felt we could truly relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

We stayed in this townhome for 3 weeks in January. It is modern & well appointed with kitchen utensils & cookware, beach chairs & sun umbrella, outdoor table & chairs, linens. We have stayed in this condo before and would do again. It has all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. We like being that little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but appreciate that we have needed stores nearby. The Saturday Farmers Market is always a hit. The condo is well cared for.

It's a great townhouse and complex. Very well equipped and well maintained. The shopping centre is within walking distance which is very convenient...coffee shop, grocery story, pub, restaurant, book store, etc. However, the nicest beaches are a distance away. We did a lot of driving.

This was the first time we ever rented a VRBO. I had lots of questions, and whenever I emailed Ruth, she responded right away. The condo was just what we were looking for—quiet, convenient, and clean. This unit is close to the pool, which was great for when we wanted to get in some quick pool time. We have been staying at Na Hale for the past 6 or 7 years trying a different condo when possible. Our stay in K-2 was fine. We did indeed encounter many, many mosquitos. We never left doors or screens open welcoming them! The shower and toilet for the guest bedroom plugged. It was quickly handled by the attendant for the condo. Amenities were fine but would suggest paper plates be added along with aluminum foil. We also did purchase 2 umbrellas which we believe are needed for the beach and left them in the garage. I truly couldn’t have chosen to stay in a better condo while visiting Hawaii. The location is out of kona town just enough to be quite and serene while giving you the option for a quick drive or 20 minute walk into town. My family of four (kids ages 4 and 6) had a great stay at this condo. It is very large and clean, nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, large bathrooms and ample parking. It had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, which was very handy. The lanai was nice and the grass was great for the kids to run around while we barbecued. K-2 is a very clean condo. I enjoyed my week there. You can hear a little road noise when the doors and windows are open. The condo is central to many wonderful areas that are considered must visit. The condo is also located to Captain Cook which houses many wonderful coffee shops. I had a conference at the Sheraton during my stay. The drive took less than five minutes. We had an excellent time over Christmas 2016 and New Years! The Townhome was exactly as shown in the video and the property was nice and tranquil. We spent the week at your lovely condo. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived the air conditioning did not seem to be working well, but Tom took care of the problem the next day. We came with a group of 24 people. We rented a total of 5 condos in the complex. All of them were very nice. The complex was fairly new and we were able to use the pool area one evening for a group get together. The ocean and golf course view from our bedroom and living room was beautiful. We truly had lovely stay.

I stayed with my husband and two daughters, ages 3 and 10 months. Everything was nice and clean but not so kid friendly. I had a hard time bathing my girls because none of the shower heads are detachable. So I had to bathe them in the bath tub, which wasn't easy. Plus the water would go down the drain so slow when showering. We did find what look like tiny ants in the master bathroom by the sink. Once I cleaned that up, they never returned. This is a very nice townhouse. I loved that it didn't have any tacky decor. I would recommend this home to those without kids.

We had a lovely time staying in Townhome K-2. My husband and I have stayed in other condos at Na Hale O Keauhou when we were vacationing with other couples. This year, since we were alone, we chose K-2 since it was a two-bedroom townhome. There is a little bit of "noise" from the pool (pleasant, kids-playing noise) and some traffic noise from the road that runs in front of the property. Initially, I thought that would bother me. This Town Home was perfect for our needs. My husband my daughter and her husband shared this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo. It was close to snorkeling and the downtown Kona area. The owner worked with us for our days that we needed it. The ability to wash some of our clothes and cook our meals made it convient for us. It was a beautifully kept rental. We would use it again if we came to Kona.

Very comfortable townhouse, has a large kitchen with all the necessary goodies. Very nice patio/lanai with a distant view of the ocean. Stayed for 5 days (2 adults/1 teen). The condo is very spacious, bright, clean, fully equipped (incl beach gear). Very comfortable and homey. There is one minor thing that could be improved. A/C is weak; it is strong in master bdrm, but weak in other areas; while MB gets too cold, other areas are not cold enough. The owners ask to turn off A/C when not in condo. We did that when we went to visit Volcano for 2 days; after we returned tired and ready for bed, the temp in the condo was 90+, took almost 12 hrs to come down to 78. Other than that, all was excellent, and would stay there again.

If you are looking into staying at least a week, this is the way to go. We felt so much more comfortable in this town home than any other hotel/motel we have ever stayed in. It just gives you an "at home" feeling. We were impressed with the security and quietness of the environment, it is not too close to the town but not too far away either. It was perfect and we will definitely be staying here for our future annual trips to Kona for the Queen Liliuokalani Outrigger races. Spent a week a Na Hale O Keahou and the condo had everything we could possibly need. The condo is right next to the Keahou Shopping Center so it's a quick hop to dining, the KTA grocery, and other necessities. It's also a quick hop to downtown Kailua-Kona, the Kona Country Club, Hokuli'a Golf Club, and Keahou Bay. Hope to visit again soon.

The Na Hale O Keauhou property, and this unit in particular, are absolutely gorgeous and we loved every moment of our 18 days there! The townhome feels brand new, is extremely comfortable, and has incredible ocean and sunset views from both the downstairs lanai and the upstairs lanai. In the many years that we have wintered in Hawaii, this has been the best ever. This rental unit is perfect. It is the best equipped of all of the units we have rented in the past. We very much enjoyed our stay at Na Hale O Keauhou J2. The location to the pool was great; we never heard our neighbors and hopefully our small kids weren’t too disruptive for them. The sunset views from the master lanai were amazing. Jane was very prompt to reply to any communication we had and was gracious enough to allow us to have some important documents mailed to us there. We spent over a week at the Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome J-2 and really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were fantastic. My daughter age 11 and 13 spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool was very close to the unit. The location is also ideal, close to shopping/restaurants and beaches. We opted for the air conditioning after the 1st day as we found that the Unit did not really cool off at night. The townhowne had beautiful views and was well equipped with everything we needed including beach toys/chairs. It was a great place to relax after a day or exploring.

Loved the condo. If you want an upscale place to stay then this is your place. We added air conditioning because of the location of the condo, it gets quite a bit of sun. The port a crib was a plus for my grandson. The only problem we had was the pool attendees weren't very hospital to the older boys.

I stayed two weeks in this condo. It is essentially smack in the middle of the Na Hale O Keauhou complex and as such, is surrounded by other units. Privacy is OK as the units are fairly far apart but one does have to be careful to keep the shades down when needed. The view of the ocean is only partial. The furnishing is good although I think there is too much furniture, especially given that this is one of the smaller floor plans. We had a wonderful stay at Na Hale O Keeahou - J2. It was our home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for preparing meals/enjoying meals. It was so nice to have beach umbrellas, chairs and various sizes of coolers available. The complex is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured. This unit was tastefully decorated (I am obsessed with the look of the 1/2 bath downstairs!) and tried (unsuccessfully) to find the octopus print hanging in the master bedroom. We stayed in the Na Hale, J-2 Townhome May 12th - May 19th, 2018 and had a wonderful time. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked and decorated in cheerful Hawaiian furnishings. Everything is available to you in the kitchen and throughout the home. We enjoyed sitting on both of the lanais and listening to the native birds. We have stayed at many places over the years, but seldom do you find a place like this where you have everything you need. No only was it a great location, near the pool, with a view, but it was decorated well. It was clean, and we really appreciated that we had the option of air conditioning. Although the weather wasn't very cooperative - we had 5 gray days - we had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners really have provided everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. We enjoyed two weeks in this perfect condo. Since we like to snorkel and swim everyday, it is a short drive to the snorkel beach(or a walk if you don't mind a small hill), plus convenient to a supermarket and top notch restaurant, again within walking distance. Also right next to the heated swimming pool. The condo is especially well stocked, very clean, good view of the ocean and cool enough that air conditioning was not necessary. We will give this condo our first consideration next time we come to Kona.

The Townhome J-2 was everything we expected and more. It is absolutely stocked with kitchen appliances to cook any thing you desire. It felt like home away from home the minute we walked in. We just returned from a fantastic vacation in Hawaii. We stayed in an Air BnB centrally located in Kona. The house was spacious enough for 3 couples, all with our own bathroom! It is located in a very quiet development. We were very grateful for the little things, like enough dish washer liquid and laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Sometimes Air BNB 's don't supply you with these amenities. It is also within walking distance to a shopping mall with restaurants, a grocery store and CVS. We had such a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo!

The location of the place was very convenient where some of the best beaches for snorkeling, and the convenient stores are within walking distance. We found Na Hale O Keauhou to be conveniently located just a few miles South of downtown Kona near the Kona Country Club. We loved the house and it even had two bonus stray kittens that we got to love on and feed while we were there (and we left food for the next visitors hoping they would continue to feed them)! I felt right at home except with palm trees and warm sunshine! This condo had all the amenities of home plus more! Was a real plus to have beach chairs, an umbrella and even a little cooler. We usually stay up North in Mauna Lani but this year we switched it up. This condo is very nice and suited us beautifully. Very well appointed and clean. The Townhome was beautiful and well maintained. The three bedroom and three bath allowed the three couples privacy after a long day of enjoying the island activities. All of the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the barbeque which had not had a thorough cleaning in some time. Prior to leaving we gave the barbeque a thorough cleaning for the next guests. This is our second year staying in K-1. Stayed for 6 weeks this time round! The condo is perfect for a family holiday. It is spacious with limited clutter to be concerned about with small children playing inside and out. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom provide a great “master bedroom” without worrying about stairs. This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so much fun for the kids. The only thing we needed were groceries, everything else was provided. There were boogie boards, grass mats, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler bags, a cooler, etc. There are three bedrooms and a couch with a pull-out bed in the living room, so plenty of room to sleep comfortable. Sometimes booking online is disappointing when you expect one thing and when you arrive it seems like less than the pictures demonstrated. This totally did not happen. The Townhome turned out to be actually more than expected. Very very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our family and very comfortable. What a well kept and well layed out townhouse. We have stayed at Na Hale before but found this townhouse in much better condition. The location of the townhouse is wonderful, close to pool, grocery store and Kona! The owners respond very quickly to all emails and provide lots of info about the townhouse as well as info about places and restaurants to visit. My only suggestions would be to provide a few more bath towels and to oil the lanai screen door as it makes a screech every time you open it. Both of these are very minor and easy fixes. We would definitely rent this townhouse again ...

Its very clean and has a functional layout, its in a great location, the pool is right next door, it felt safe, and everyone in the gated community that we met were pleasant. I really can't think of anywhere I would have rather stayed; this condo was great from start to finish. It had plenty of room for the five of us, and three bathrooms helps a lot. Where do I start? Great location, beautiful condo with EVERYTHING YOU NEED! From kitchen supplies to beach towels, snorkeling equipment, playpens, baby seat etc. Not only the condo was so cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax, the property manager was a dream! We spent two weeks in this beautiful condo in the Na Hale O Keauhou complex. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything required for any meal preparation. The downstairs lanai has a perfect view of the ocean, and we spent our mornings (with coffee) and evenings (with drinks) here. This house is just fantastic! We fell in love with the many beautiful pictures on this platform long before we actually checked in. The classy house is just as shown on the pictures and even more: it is well equipped with everything you need (kitchen, bath rooms) and there is plenty of beach equipment available (beach chairs, parasols, body boards, cool boxes) for a perfect beach day. We have been there with two teenagers and can explicitly recommend this place to all travellers looking for a perfect and quiet location with excellent sea view.

Cynthia and Leslie, both were very responsive and helpful. They provided a lot of additional information which was very helpful to us with our visit to the big island. The condo is conveniently locate to a shopping center and several beaches. This condo is exceptional. Very clean and well stocked with sundries, cleaning supplies, towels, and extras you will rarely find in a Kona rental. They had lots of beach gear too. Highly recommended!!! We recently stayed at Na Hale O Keauhou B-1 and we had an amazing stay there. Everything was provided as stated in the description. The area is quiet and beautiful. There is a shopping mall with grocery store and sports bar about a 5-7 minute walk away. Cynthia was wonderful to work with and took care of our every need in coordination with Tom. Have stayed in this complex before in different units where all bedrooms were upstairs. Really liked this layout with one of the three bedrooms downstairs and three full bathrooms. Also, washer and dryer on main level. One of our party was having hip and knee problems so not having to go up and down stairs was great for her. We enjoyed our stay in Na Hale. I was disappointed to find the sliding door latch to the lanai was still not working even though the owner had reported it as fixed. I found a screwdriver and moved the latch off the upstairs lanai door and installed it on the downstairs door. After that things went smoothly. We had a wonderful time with our daughter and her family and tried to rebook for next year, but found that Aloha Condos had more than doubled their "fees". Also, the A/C works fine but only in 4 hour intervals. Would give 5 stars if had secure internet.

We loved our stay at this townhome! It was so conveniently located, clean, comfortable and the view was amazing from the patio for sunset. What a nice bonus the beach gear was! Very spacious and private inside the unit. Grounds are beautifully taken care of. Nice pool, spa, pool area and exercise room. Great sunsets. The neighbors in the unit B2 are in their unit 8 or so times a year so the privacy on our lower lanai was sorely lacking since they keep their windows open and their kitchen and livingroom are next to the lanai in B1. Unit could use a few more drinking cups but the pots, pans etc. were ample. We have had another wonderful holiday at Na Hale O Keauhou, this time in Townhome B1. This holiday home was beautifully presented and very well equipped. Wonderfully spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms it easily accommodated our family. The complex facilities and the grounds were immaculate as usual. This town house had everything! Our last stay in a different condo building we had to buy all our consumables! This one even had toilet paper. There was also lots of beach stuff in the garage. The rooms were huge and each had their own bathroom, my kids loved that! My only complaint in Suite B1 was the timer on the air conditioning. We paid extra money to have air conditioning but had to deal with the timer. It was for 4 hours so every night we had to get up in the middle of the night to turn the dial! We had a fantastic time during our stay at Na Hale Keauhou, Townhome B-1. The three bedroom townhome fit our needs exactly and had all the extras that made our stay an excellent one. Our son and his wife came from Beijing, China and our daughter and her husband came from Madison, Wi. This was a Christmas present to our kids to get us all together in a tropical paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B-1. We appreciated the way the grounds crew kept the landscape in beautiful condition. The house was everything shown on the website. The pool was a delightful place to relax, read and swim. The entire unit seems to be very well run and maintained. We want to specially thank Kaleo for taking such thoughtful care of us when we had any questions. We highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a rental in Kona. This condo was in a great location and had all the amenities you could want and it started with a welcome basket when we walked in the door, all fresh local stuff! The bedrooms all had bathrooms which made it so nice. The pool and hot tub are large enough that you never felt cramped and we ate at the pool several times using the BBQ and tables there! There is a large grocery store a short walk away as well as a beach with snorkeling, paddle boarding, and sun, sun, sun! I would highly recommend this condo.

It doesn't get any better than this. Views of the ocean, the most fantastic condo in a brilliant location with all you think you could want on your holiday and more. Our family (of four) stayed for nearly three weeks in July/August 2016 and could not have picked a better home to stay in. Our family loved the condo, there was definitely enough room for us all. It did not disappoint is in any way. Loved that there was beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella all tucked away in the garage. Love the location, quiet and peaceful away from the busy life on Alii Drove. This is our 3rd trip to the Big Island and also our 3rd stay at Na Hale O Keauhou. Many people have recommended staying at one of the resorts on the Kohala Coast. I am not a fan of big mega resorts. I prefer to stay in a condo close to the beach with easy access to groceries and shopping. This area is perfect for us. We've been going to Na Hale for a number of years. We've always been happy and our stay in B1 was no exception. The unit is bright and clean. The only real negative was the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom. It should be replaced. We were aware of this when we rented because this issue was mentioned in an earlier review. The mattress is quite high in the center and slopes to both sides. When I slept on one side of the bed the slope made me feel uncomfortable as if I were sleeping on a hillside. B1 is a lovely condo. We enjoyed our time there, and the spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Pacific. The pool and grounds are well-kept and inviting. The master bedroom king sized bed was in need of a new mattress. The right side of it has an incredible valley that gravity pulled me into each night. My back was tight by the end of our stay. We often stay across the street at Kona Coast Resorts with our time share. When our daughter and her family joined us, we wanted more space. This Townhome definitely fit the bill. This place is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in if you want. We stayed at this condo with 2 other couples - our 2nd year. The layout is great; and it is well kept up. It is in a gated community with a nice private pool area that also has a workout area and a community barbecue. We are hoping to stay there again next year!

The location is perfect - the layout of the condo was perfect (3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms) - the pool is nice and has a barbeque which we used 2 different nights while we were there! Wow, what an incredible property this is. The pictures don't do justice to the view of the ocean from the patio. We could see whales blowing water on the horizon, and the sunsets were magnificent. This condo met every need we had. We needed a place that my 80 year old father good be without stairs and with air conditioing. Every place we looked at the condo either had stairs to the entrance and then was 1 level or they were town homes where you entered at ground level but the bedrooms were upstairs. Having a bedroom with bathroom on the 1st floor was perfect!

Stayed for a week and it was wonderful. Beds are really comfy and kitchen was very equipped. Lovely view from the Lanai; quiet and relaxing; nice pool area. We really enjoyed staying in this complex. The house was spotless and provided some other unexpected amenities such as snorkeling gear, coolers and beach chairs. The only downside is that it was a little ways from Kona-Kailua and the airport (requiring a rental car) but it is very close to both grocery stores, some strip mall restaurants and only 1/2 mile from a great beach. We enjoyed staying in unit b-1. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. it was close to food, shopping and the beach. It was a great base of operations for our week long stay. I especially loved having laundry facilities and being able to eat meals in. It was also nice to have a place for the family to gather which you don't get with 3 hotel rooms.

We have vacationed in Kona for over twenty years and were impressed by how fully this condo was fitted out. Everything we could think of or need was provided. It was thoughtful and very much appreciated! We would have loved a barbecue grill on the lanai, but that was the only thing that we missed. The carpet has been abused by former guests which is a shame as everything else was up to date and spotless! We'll use this one again.

Our check-in was very smooth. The cleaning crew was on site and left us get our keys before they were done cleaning. The unit was immaculate and well appointed. We had only one minor concern reported with the downstairs toilet making a random whistling noise. The location of this unit is outstanding and the views are wonderful, especially at sunset. The owners even provided beach chairs and a boogie board that we made use of. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a place for their family to stay on the Big Island since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

This condo was absolutely ideal for us as it gave us older folks a very nice bedroom accommodation with our own bathroom & closet on the bottom floor. We very much enjoyed the condo and the beautiful sunsets. We had a wonderful vacation and loved the island, the condo and the service. Suggestion: As towels are not to be dried on the decks perhaps provide a small drying rack in the carport. We don't like to use the clothes dryer as we try to conserve energy. The Na Hale O Keauhou homes were a perfect choice for our vacation. They afforded excellent access to Kailuna Kona and all it has to offer, and the nearby shopping center was a big plus. We saw (and enjoyed!) the entirety of The Big Island, but it was an enormous comfort to return to unit B-1 at the end of every day.

My husband and I stayed here with my senior citizen mother--she had a downstairs room and bath all to herself with a walk-in shower that was just perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to spend 5 wonderful days on the Big Island. The unit was beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and had everything in it we needed. We recently stayed in B-1 condo, upon arrival we found a nice basket of local fruit, canned jelly and a canvas bag. It was fun to taste all the different things and we used the bag on every trip to the beach. The condo was everything that was said in the ad. 2nd time there. Maintenance was great. We had a small problem with the screen door sticking and they were there that day to fix it. We loved the split pool. It was great for families with small children. Close to grocery and drug stores and walking distance for adults to beach. This unit exceeded the description provided and also exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were top notch and comfortable with all the appliances and tools (kitchen stuff) that we could ever have needed. The unit was extremely clean and well kept. We satyed in unit B-1 and we could not have asked for anything better. The unit was well equiped with all the features you would find in your own home. The view was spectacular and we loved the local residents in the condo, they gave us great advice as to where to visit. The pool was fantastic, can't wait to return to Na Hale O Keauhou.

The kitchen is awesome with granite countertops and nice tile floors throughout the unit. The unit is very close to each other and many people had their windows open for the cool breeze. We love this place inside and out. What a beautiful home in a beatuiful community! The location is very good, very convienient to get around. Initially we had some trouble to open the gate with the code, but after tips from the local contact, we had no problem afterwards. The website pictures looked wonderful but looks can be deceiving. Not in this case. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel without elevators. It felt homey and personal and someone obviously put a lot of thought into the details. The home was beautifully appointed and super clean. Our only mild disappointment was the outside patio which was sparsely furnished and without a barbecue. The close proximity to grocery shopping was an added bonus. We had a fun time and would recommend this condo highly.

The condo we rented was truly fantastic. We stayed during the Ironman World Championships and this location was close enough to the action without being right in the middle of it. Beautiful ocean views, close proximity to stores and beaches, and a completely stocked beautiful condo all made for a wonderful experience on the Big Island. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay on the Big Island and looking for a quiet, serene place to stay.

We really enjoyed our one month stay at this wonderful condo. The condo is very quiet, with very little road noise coming from Ali'i Drive. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. Lots of beach equipment was available, and we were able to walk to one of the best snorkel beaches on the Big Island. The downstairs lanai is equipped with a nice couch and arm chairs, and we spent many evenings relaxing in this great setting. We will certainly try to book this beautiful condo when we return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We so appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and beach items available including coolers! That’s something we usually have to purchase on every trip we take! We stayed in D-6 for 9 nights and have absolutely no complaints what-so-ever. The layout was perfect for us, and everything was clean and tidy. There were plenty of beach towels available for use, which was nice so that we did not have to purchase any while there. This unit has it all including comfort, views and amenities. Quiet unit with plenty of room for a family to spread out. Nice grill on the lanai and plenty of cooking and serving utensils supplied. Close to groceries and the lagoon. You can hear the ocean waves and even hear an occasional whale flipper slap in the distance. This was our second year of staying a month in unit D-6. Overall we give it the highest marks. The location of the complex with nearby grocery store, theaters, and shopping made it easy to settle in for the month. The water aerobics three times a week was an added social and physical event. It was a most comfortable unit and with the extensive windows facing north it allowed the beautiful Hawaii light to brighten the day. 5 Stars all the way.

From start to finish this rental is one of the most enjoyable experiences! We needed to roll over this booking due to the pandemic travel regulations- no problem! The condo is in a lovely area close to shopping but far enough from town to be out of the downtown congestion! The condo is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want for beach going, island exploring and simply staying at home and enjoying an evening in. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We had 6 people and enjoyed the fact each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with a large walk in closet. There were several hangers available. The master bedroom has a balcony that we unfortunately never took advantage of. The back patio was a nice place to watch the sunset. We did utilize the grill. We stayed one month in unit D-6 mid February to mid March. I have been coming to Na Hale O Keauhou for about 6 years and this unit was by far the best equipped unit. It is wonderful to have a big supply of dishwasher pods laundry soap, paper towel, toilet paper, ziplock bags etc when you arrive. There were lots of fluffy towels, beach towels and the sheets were nice quality. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds rather than twin beds which were awesome for the grandchildren. We spent a wonderful restful month in the townhouse. The size and quality of the entire townhouse were outstanding. It was so nice, that after several nights we booked another month stay for 2023. We felt so at home with the Na Hale O Keauhou, the pool the proximity to shopping and the beach make this a go to place.

This is a well maintained, well cleaned, 3bedroom/3bathroom unit. This unit exceeds the norm by providing bicycles, an outdoor grill, snorkel/fins, and extra beach towels for its guests. Thank you to the previous guests who left condiments and spices- hopefully we contributed equally well. Location was ideal as close to town, gas/grocery stores while being a quiet, gated complex. We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay there as it was close to a shopping mall, beach, and golf courses. It was also very helpful to have AC in the house. If we were to come back to this island, we would definitely stay here again! They also had foam boards, which were super fun to use at the Magic Sands Beach waves.

Location is great, near beaches, drug store and grocery store, plus excellent local farmers market on Saturday mornings. The owner was super responsive and easy to deal with - Great people. Aloha, Although our trip here was due to a bereavement. Our stay was pleasant. The house was well furnished, the flooring was beautiful and the AC was absolutely perfect!!! Downfall, even though we had exemptions...we were a little disappointed we could not use the pool. It would’ve been nice to relax and unwind. The only thing I would recommend, I would put a drap or some type by the front door. And maybe some mosquito punk since there were choke ( plenty) mosquitoes when we would BBQ. Other then that. This condo was amazing, even better than we had expected! Very clean (which I am a stickler about), spacious, and included a lot of the necessary amenities when traveling away from home (laundry detergent, hair dryers in each bathroom, etc.). The condo was beautiful in a quiet gated setting with readily available parking. There was a partial ocean view. The condo was well maintained and stocked with many useful items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. There are restaurants and a shopping center just minutes away and the Kona markets are just a couple of miles down the road. This was our fourth stay at D-6. We have always enjoyed staying in this condo. Very well maintained and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality crockery, glasses, coffee mugs, mixing bowls etc. The pantry has even lots of items that previous guests have left behind like salt, pepper, spices and seasonings, pasta and cooking oil. This is a nice house that is a 5 minute walk from the community pool. There are a lot of extras in the garage to enhance your stay such as boogie boards, water shoes and snorkeling gear. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer were easy to operate and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house could use some updates. The wheels on one side of the dishwasher rack were missing making it hard to load and unload. One of the chairs in the dining room table was broken. There were only 5 of us so it wasn't an issue. The unit was a perfect match for our small group: 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There was water activity equipment that came in handy as well as an umbrella and mats too. The location was perfect with just enough distance from the main area to keep things quiet, yet close enough to pop in anytime. One of the most convenient, excellent snorkeling areas is just minutes away down Alii road. The only negative: one of the two 1000 piece puzzles we assembled had a piece missing!

We had a wonderful stay. Our two children felt at home great backyard to play in. All the amenities, wonderful location. Plenty of room for multiple people, as we never felt like we were in each other space. Nice Hawaiian atmosphere. Limited ocean view, but it made up for in everything else. This was our family’s 7th summer visiting the Big Island and we had an outstanding experience at the Na Hale O Keahou condo. Great location, near stores, beaches, coffee plantations and main roads. The condo was quite well appointed although there were a few things that needed to be replaced, upgraded or renewed. It needs a general spruce up. The barbecue was old and unfit for use so that was replaced. The kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery needs to be updated. There were several items missing. One of the bedside lights in the master did not work. It would be better if there was some rule to prevent early morning noise in the complex. After arriving late in the day due to delayed flights it was very disappointing to find our condo not cleaned. Apparently a rare occurrence. They large frying pan was in bad condition, the replacement that was asked for and we were told would be replaced, never arrived. The patio furniture, where a lot of time is spent needs an upgrade with more seating available. The pool was great, a good large size. The grounds were very nice.

We had a lovely time celebrating our honeymoon on the big island at Na Hale O Keauhou. The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. We were close to stores to grab groceries and Kona is just a short drive North. We loved having access to the pool and even more so the hot tub was nice to soak in after a day of adventures and hiking. I would definitely recommend Townhome D-6 to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the big island.

We had such a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family (6 adults), with lots of room for everyone to feel like they had their own place and not feel like we were on top of one another. I was pleasantly surprised at how much more gorgeous this condo looked live and in person. It is perfect for a family of four and elderly parents that cannot use the stairs. The first floor bedroom has a step in shower. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and they are exquisitely decorated. The view from the master bedroom balcony allows the guest to see spectacular sunsets. The condo is located conveniently next to a shopping center that has all of your basic needs. No need to run into town for food or anything else if you don't want to. We cannot wait to go back!!

We stayed here for a week with our family to do the Ultraman World Championships and the place is absolutely perfect. The owner was always quick to respond to questions I had since it was my first time on the island, the unit was perfectly situated with beautiful views from the balcony and had everything we needed, including snorkeling equipment and coolers. We paid for the A/C which in my opinion is worth the $-the breeze is nice but it's still hot in Hawaii. Amazing place and when we come back, we'll stay here again!

When I arrived late afternoon at Townhome D 6, it made me feel as like being home. In the bathroom and kitchen were ready to use. Every essential things were right there to use. My son was talking about "pay foward" system and he sugested to fill all of the condiments before we leave for others. We enjoyed while we stay in Townhome D6. The condo was an excellent place to stay. It was very spacious and everything was clean and well kept. The grounds were lovely and the kids loved the pool. It was great to have a gym on site so that the adults could use for a quick workout. The location was close to the grocery store and restaurants which made it very convenient. We stayed at Na Hale O Keauhou-D6 from late December to early January 2015 and wonderful is the word that comes to mind. First the location is prime! Close to town and shopping. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The townhouse itself was immaculately maintained. Great space. (We had 4adults and 1child.) We had more than enough room. They had so many extras in the house from beach gear to cooking supplies. The gentleman who was the direct contact was so helpful with everything we needed and was only a phone call away. I just spent three weeks in Pam's beautiful condo and I believe it's the best in the whole development. The living space is much larger than others I've stayed at and it has a killer sunset view. We normally prefer ocean front condos, but had the unnerving experience of having our original rental in another condo complex develop a flood and mold problem, which we detected immediately upon arrival. Our family of 5 came and stayed in Hawaii for ten days at the beginning of summer break. The condo was awesome. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well stocked garage with beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. The location was fantastic, we were close to a grocery store and were also able to walk to Kahalu’u beach for some snorkeling! We would watch the sunset each night from the lanai, and we were even able to catch the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of the condo! This was the perfect home away from home!

This was our third time coming to Pam and Phil's lovely condo. They have thought of everything and have equipped the condo with anything you might want. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and just gorgeous views from both lanais. This was by far the best appointed vacation rental we have booked. From The kitchen to the patio to the amazing amount of beach and pool gear in the garage, we lacked for nothing. It was the perfect home base for our daughter’s destination wedding. Centrally located and especially close to a great snorkeling beach. And Kona is a short 10 minute drive. Pam’s home in Kona was the perfect place for our family of 5! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and there was plenty of seating. Our kids (3, 5, and 7 yrs old) loved the pool and we went swimming every day. The complex has a shallow, heated section for younger kids too! Pam’s townhouse is absolutely perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Excellent entry instructions along with well thought out timing of emails made me feel very confident about my accommodations at Na Hale O Keauhou. Unit was very clean and stocked well beyond other units I have rented there. I had a wasp sting up in Hawi and in the closet was a first aid selection that included cortisone and alcohol wipes. Pam's condo is the perfect spot for families that are visiting the Big Island. On top of the usual home amenities that others carry, she also had a garage stocked full of beach-friendly tools that you would normally have to rent; boogie boards, umbrellas, towels & chairs. The location of the property is central, close to beaches, grocery stores & the freeway. It was clean, beautiful and quiet. If we ever return, we will absolutely stay here again.

One of the best condos I have stayed in! Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and lanais. Well maintained and modern. The beach and snorkelling gear available for use was really convenient. Na Hale condos were recommended to me by a co-worker. After reviewing all the units available I picked M-4 due to the great reviews and location within the unit. This tour is our annual event mostly end of June and early July by crazy golfers playing everyday, sometimes 2 games a day. This place is quite new and clean, close to the ocean and good access to grocery store KTA, which makes our stay quite comfortable and convenient. We are looking forward to 2020 tour.

This condo was great--has everything you need and more. Things like the indoor drying racks in the garage were great! Plenty of beach stuff for everyone also. Beds and linens were comfortable. The owner was very helpful with any questions I had. There were a couple things I would like to see changed. There is so much stuff in the kitchen there is no place to put groceries. All cupboard space was taken and since we were there for a month it was a bit of an inconvenience to put all the extra dishes elsewhere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this wonderful condo. The complex itself is in a great location. It is peaceful, quiet, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The condo unit is beautiful, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. I had no issues throughout my stay, and communication with the owner was great. I have stayed at many vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona, specifically the Keauhou area.... at least 10 or more. This complex, “Na Hale O Keauhou” is by far my favorite and this unit is wonderful. I would gladly stay here again!

Generally speaking, it’s a great place. It’s got everything to make the holiday a memorable one. BBQ and great outdoor eating facility, with perfect view of the sunset everyday. The moment we walked in we knew we were going to love this place...the view of the ocean was breathtaking! The kitchen had everything we could have asked for and very spacious. We used the deck everyday and it was one of our daily highlights to watch the sunset and get a lot of beautiful pictures with our family. We honestly cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was here. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. The location was perfect for running into downtown Kona and very easy to walk to the shoreline. There is a grocery store wirhin walking distance. The owners thought of everything a family would want to use while in Hawaii. There were coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, and even beach chairs to help you enjoy your day at the beach. We highly recommend this condo and honestly are already dreaming about returning.

This was our first trip to the big island...our son, dtr-in-law, 5 and 8 y.o. grandchildren joined us. Townhome M-4 had ample space and seating for all of us! The furnishings are well appointed and the condo was very clean; the kitchen was well-equipped with many cooking utensils, cookware, etc. It was great that there were some spices and various staples available in the cupboard and fridge. The Na Hale O Keauhou complex is one of our favorites! Well situated with nice amenities, this is a great location to base your Big Island vacation. Pam’s M-4 3 bedroom unit is a very clean, large, well maintained and appointed townhouse with so many extras you may not realize you want or need - until you do! The pantry essentials, such as spices, some oils, sugar, condiments, were a much appreciated extra. We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Na Hale. This townhome had everything we needed and more. Small details like beach bags, snorkels and soft coolers were available to use. It seems like it is not much but it made a big difference because it meant we didn’t have to buy those things. The property is well maintained and very clean. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Mahalo!

This condo has a front row location which gives it great views of the water down below. It comes very well equipped including all the necessary beach gear. (Many chairs and several umbrellas). We were also happy to have comfortable beds.....this is a pet peeve of mine as so many condos we have rented in past years always seem to have uncomfortable beds....thanks to the owners for considering that. We enjoyed the location but a car is a must as most activities and amenities are a drive away. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.....u won't be disappointed as this comes from someone...

Five star rating is not a large enough rating for this condo. Everything met our expectations and even more. Kitchen was well-stocked and comfortable chairs and couches to relax on. Beds were very comfy and relaxing. Despite a day of constant rain we had games and plenty to do inside the condo. This was, by far, the nicest place that I have ever stayed on any of the islands! Beautifully maintained and decorated. Fully loaded with lots of fun stuff like boogie boards, beach chairs and even some beach bags. Very comfortable beds. Stunning views from the lanai. What a great condo. Been visiting Kona for many years to visit Grandsons. M4 had everything my family needed and is located near everything. Kitchen well supplied, good tv in all rooms up and down, AC worked flawlessly. Pool and spa spotless. Looking forward to our visit next visit.

This is a great condo. We loved the location to the beaches, restraunts, and shopping. That beds we very comfortable and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. We had a little issue as we arrived but it was taken care of immediately. Tom was very helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to the big island.

This is our third time at this beautiful Condo - and we were every bit as impressed this time as the previous times. The condo is very comfortable, well equipped, and is within walking distance to many great activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, yoga and two farmers' markets. We truly enjoyed our time in this Keauhou town home. It was spacious, well equipped, and conveniently located for our journeys and "stay home" activities. Especially nice to have local grocery and food options so close. Only suggestion would be to have separate bathroom fan switch in hall bath upstairs. A bit noisy if used in middle of night.

Excellent Fully Equipped Condo. Everything you would expect in a Five Star Condo. Three bedroom luxury! Arguably the best view in the entire Na Hale O complex. Watch whales from the lanai! Pam (owner) was extremely flexible and accommodating when we had to postpone our vacation. We were able to apply our deposit to alternate dates, no problems. Highly recommend this condo!

This is an amazing place to stay while in Kona for Ironman. The condo is far enough away from town to get away from the craziness of Ironman week but not to far! The condo is clean and has all the amenities of home. The sunsets are amazing as well. We will be back for our 5th year in a row in 2017!

Being built in 2006, we expected a nice condo, but got a very nice condo. It was spacious, clean, nice views, cool(air worked well), comfortable, had plenty of cups, glasses, dishes, kitchen items and was well stocked with recent condiments that we would have needed to buy. The only minor negative comment was that the upstairs bathroom fan was noisy. It was reasonably priced for us 2 couples, especially with 3 bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again, if and when we go back to the Big Island.

NaHaleO is a beautiful, well maintained, quiet complex. We have stayed there many times and this condo has everything for a wonderful stay. This unit is clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. The liners on the sliding doors in this unit help a lot to keep the heat out and provide privacy at night. Our family of 4 stayed here in October 2015. The condo was amazing. There were lots of extra amenities which came in handy such as spices in the kitchen, extra sun tan lotion, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys, hair dryers and beach towels. My husband and I spent 9 nights staying in the beautiful M4 town home at Na Hale O Keauhou. It was not long enough! The town home is immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean. I have stayed at a lot of Condos in Kona over the years but this is by far the best place we have ever rented. We like it so much we have already rented it for 2015. It is clean and very well kept up. The kitchen has everything you need from clean modern cook wear, storage containers and utensils! The sunsets are the best. You can't go wrong renting this unit!

we just returned from a great vacation in Kona. Unit M4 was great! We loved the location within the complex, it was close to the pool, but felt very private when inside the unit. We stayed at Na Hale M4 for 2 months in January and February of 2014. My husband and I were so surprised to see a fully stocked kitchen with all the condiments and spices ready to go. The house was incredibly clean. The condo is probably the best view of all the condo's. I can't say enough about this place. It's close to the beaches. Right up the street is a movie theater, a supermarket, Subway and many other centrally located stores. I would rate this a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Pam, the owner was very accommodating as well. Anyone would be well served renting this condo.

This unit is absolutely beautiful, an is perfectly located in the resort. It is very comfortable and quiet, and has an unobstructed view of the ocean and the beautiful Kona sunsets. I have been to Kona for the Ironman World Championships for the last 8 years and finding a nice place to stay has always been a challenge because most of the condo's and resorts are older and very dated. We rented this unit because we had friends staying there last year and we were very impressed. The unit is modern, very clean and comfortable. The sunsets are amazing as well. It is a little drive from town but once you get the lay of the land and figure out not to Drive down alii Drive and take the Kuakini Highway to town it really takes no time at all! We were looking for a nice, secure, quiet rental with a pool for our 4 year old daughter to play in. The M-4 unit met all of our family needs! So here is our breakdown: pros - nice newer furniture, comfortable beds, fast reliable internet access, a great pool, great kitchen amenities, close to KTa grocery store, quiet and relaxing, wonderful ocean view. Cons - loud washer/dryer, pull-chain adjustments on ceiling fans were awkward and didn't seem to work at times. The cons would not prevent us from booking this condo again, as we really loved it overall!!

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view, clean and everything we could have hoped for in a rental. We had stayed in this condominium complex years ago and loved it and decided to rent another one. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I slept better than I have in years. The condo complex has a pool, which was not crowded, hot tub, kids pool, BBQ area and gym which we used every day. It had everything we needed to feel like we were home. It had the basics you need when you are on vacation, towels, beach items, reusable grocery bags, etc. Dream vacation for us.

We were welcomed with a basket of ripe local fruits, biscuits and chocolates by the property manager and he filled us in on anything we might need to know, plus his contact numbers. Beautiful, spacious, townhouse. M-4 is the best location. It is beautifully decorated with so many extras. Larger than we expected, we would definently go back and recommend to all. The pictures don't do it justice! The complex itself is a great location, so close to alii street and Kona beach area, easy to hop on Hwy 11 and drive south or head north to the larger beaches and around to Hilo. M-4 was the best location at Na Hale O Keauhou! It was large, private, well decorated and had a nice private lanai with a bbq. It was basecamp for all of our activities, including, deep sea fishing, night snorkeling with the manta rays, visiting the volocano park, seeing the observatory, and just swimming at the beautiful beaches. I would suggest dining at Jackie Reys, and breakfast at Sam Choy's, right up behind the townhomes.

From the start, booking this condo was easy and I felt welcome and confident that everything was being looked after. We were amazed at how beautiful, spacious, and inviting the condo was. We immediately felt at home. The condo had everything we needed to live comfortably to the 10 days we were there. The location was incredible. Close to the heart of Kona; the beaches, shops, running trails, golf course and restaurants yet removed and quiet. Location of this condo allows easy access to downtown eating/shopping as well as quick to get to main road Queen K. for travel around the rest of the island. Na Hale O Keauhou Townhome M-4 was a wonderful place to spend 7 days in Kona. Lots of convience's close by. It was the best townhome rental we have had to date. The fully equipted kitchen and Barbque grill made eating on the Lanai as easy as eating at home. We'll definitely see you again next year.

This is a return stay in L-6. On the counter, we were greeted with a lovely Aloha basket filled with treats for us to enjoy during our vacation. I've stayed in other condos at Na Hale O Keauhou and this is a great touch...it lets us know we were expected and welcomed! We like that L-6 is clean!! Kitchen is filled with useful items for those that want to take advantage of home cooking. There is a coffee pot and toaster for anyone wanting a quick start to their day. This condo was the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. They provided enough towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, tissues and even beach accessories. etc. You can tell they really thought of their guest. The only thing I didn’t like was the front door didn’t have a privacy shade and people could see right in especially at night. It was kind of scary. We ended up finding something in the garage to put on the window. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely going back.

What a wonderful place to stay in Kona! We are a family of 6, so enjoying a vacation at a hotel is not a comfortable option for us. We ended up staying in L-6, which was perfect for us. The condo had amazing views, the floorplan was excellent with every bedroom having its own bathroom, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the creature comforts of home. I had the pleasure of staying at Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome L-6 In May 2021. I understand the units are 15 years old. They look brand new. It’s very well cared for. The unit is furnished well and very comfortable. They include a box of local snacks which is a nice touch. The unit has a small garage for storage, not for your car. Plenty of close parking. We had a great time at the Na Hale O Keahhou condo with lots of room and a nicely appointed unit. Our L-6 unit had a nice view of the ocean for evening meals on the patio - with our own grill and a fully equipped kitchen. An updated unit in a well-maintained complex with a pool and outdoor hot tub onsite which we enjoyed after beach days or out exploring Main Island sites. We’ve stayed at several different units in the complex. This unit was the cleanest and most well stocked. Extra linens and extra towels. The kitchen had almost everything that you would need. I would suggest though, maybe a stainless steel knife set? The knives were a bit rusty. Also, maybe some small glass or plastic containers? Other than that it’s a great unit! I returned with my family after visiting here a couple years ago. The owners of this condo did not furnish this condo nearly as well. I found the bedding and linens sparse and shabby. There was no tv in the master bedroom and the washing machine was broken. With a broken machine and few towels provided it dud not feel convenient or luxe. On our tenth trip to the Big Island, this location and amenities were exceptional. Extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were great and having three bathrooms really went over well for our family group of five. Lots of extras and great kitchen with many useful appliances. Easy access to shops, restaurants, snorkeling and any other Big Island attractions. The sunsets were wonderful from the lanai, and sunrises from the master bedroom lanai. Safe location and secure access. Two minor issues were handled immediately with excellent communication. We are already planning a return trip.

Loved the welcome fruit basket! That made it feel as if we were expected guests. The condo is very spacious, clean and well kept. The grounds are also well tended to as well. Every day we saw people gardening, trimming trees and spraying around for bugs. The kitchen is stocked with well thought out amenities. Great condo in a fantastic location, with good views of the ocean and easy walking to various restaurants and grocery. Spacious condo with comfortable beds and lots of closet space in all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was well-equipped and provided beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc) were really helpful. Also nice to have garage area accessible for drying out stuff and storing the bikes we rented. I booked this condo through aloha Condos website and it is super easy to book and instructions are very clear! Condo is very spacious, clean and modern. Beach towels and accessories are all there to use but it would be great if there are more snorkeling masks to use. Lanai is great to relax and take in the scene. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the condo. It was comfortably decorated and fully stocked with anything we could need. I stayed at N-6 twice, summer of 2021 and just a few weeks ago. This place has everything you need! It's a beautiful, spacious, very clean town home right on Ali'i drive. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, each room has a bathroom, and it has a nice pool in the complex! I had no issues with my stay. The owners make it easy to get it and I'm sure if we needed assistance with anything someone would show up right away. I highly recommend staying here! Our family stayed in this wonderful condo for 8 nights. It was beyond our expectations! Absolutely beautiful area. Very quiet. We all slept well. The condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. They have beach chairs, towels, boogie board, coolers for you to use. We really enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi after a day at the beach. Kahulu’u Beach Park is within walking distance of the condo. If you need a great 3 bedroom, 3 bath place at a very fair price, this well equipped townhouse, at a great location,fits the bill. Other reviews failed to mention that 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 2 sized coolers, and some snorkeling equipment are included.(A nearby neighbor offered to let us use his equipment as well. The unit was very quiet and private but... it needs upgrading. There were some inconveniences also. The master closet was locked off by the owner. No place to hang our clothes. The linen closet was also locked off. I understand the owner needing to lock a closet to keep their personal things, but might I suggest the closet in the third bedroom on the first floor? The home was exactly as it was pictured. It provided ample space for my family and I to spend time on the Big Island with relatives that live there. I especially enjoyed how they had everything from your expected pots and pans to the different SPF sunscreen in the laundry room closet. Having a three bathrooms was a major plus considering there where twice as many women staying in this home as there were men.

This is a nice, clean well equipped condo that sleeps six. Safe environment close to beach and town, though having a car is suggested. The only real down side was that the closets in the master bedroom we're all locked, so no way to hang clothes up. Not even a single coat hanger in the master bedroom. So I think it would be nice if that would be added! Things like ice chests and beach towels were a plus. Good wifi and kitchen supplies. If you like the cleanliness of a hotel over a bnb house rental this one is for you, it is not littered with personal items.

We loved it, the Unit was very clean and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils and glasses, especially wine glasses which you definitely need while on vacation:) We really loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom for privacy. We liked the location of the townhouse complex and the grounds of the complex were lovely. Condo was well stocked althou being on an island it could use some beach chairs. The condo is a little far from the barbecue area which made it tricky to cook it would have been nice to see an electric barbecue on the patio. As airconditioning came at premium cost per day there was no option to cook inside we would stay in the complex again but probably not in N-6.

Our family takes a vacation every Christmas season. This one was by far the best. Our condo was perfect, in every way. I am a detail kind of person, so those are the things I look at. First off, the place is beautiful. Very open and bright. Everything I could possibly need in the kitchen was there. Love this place as it is away from the busy touristy places, yet convenient to easy snorkeling, shopping and dining. It is an ideal location as it is away from the noise of the pool, and located on the north side of the building so you don't get all the hot sun. I will definitely return again.

This townhome was in excellent condition, very clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the amenities that we needed during our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet, and the rates were very competitive (we have stayed in less and have paid more on prior trips). This was our second stay at Na Hale O Keauhou. What a great location: south enough of town to feel secluded yet close enough to amenities and activities. Kahalu'u beach is 90 seconds away. Kealekekua, Honaunau, and coffee farms are all within a short drive. For supplies and groceries, if you can't find it at Long's or KTA next door in the Keauhou Shopping Center, there are plenty of big box stores in town (Costco, Walmart, Target). We have been to Hawaii several times and this was by far our favorite place. Very clean, very organized, and a nice quiet retreat. They responded quickly to any questions. This condo unit is located in a beautiful condo complex, centrally located. The condo unit was very comfortable, and its kitchen was stocked with every cooking tool one could possibly need. This was our first time visiting the Big Island and our first time staying at I-3. We enjoyed staying here for the past week. The townhome is so beautiful, clean and inviting. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and very convenient. We loved having everything we needed for cooking and beach days. We have stayed in this beautiful townhome twice and we are ready to book it again for a third time. It is incredibly clean, more than adequately equipped with everything you need , quiet and perfectly located. Close to town, Keauhou Bay Shopping Center, Kona Country Club Golf Course and Keauhou Bay. View of the ocean, pool, hot tub and gym. Highly recommend this location for a perfect Hawaiian vacation.

This was the third Na Hale unit I’ve stayed in and by far the best. Everything was clean and in order. The decor is welcoming and comfy… appreciate the art! Side by side washer/dryer much nicer than stacking which Ive had in the past. The unit is close to the pool deck and workout room, a real plus. Thank you for the goodies you left! I will be coming back as I visit the Big Island two to three times annually.

Each time we’ve returned to the Big Island, we add extra days to our vacation stay (from 2016-2021). The unit is exceptionally clean from the floors to the carpeting, patio, upper balcony and beautiful bathrooms. The furniture, bedding and towels are always in great condition. With each stay we find more items stocked in the kitchen cabinets to make cooking and saving leftovers so convenient. We stayed here for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar 2020. We also stayed here a few years ago and it was nice to see the owner fixed a few things. The beds used to be like concrete but they both have toppers on them and are quite comfy. She has also added a BBQ which is great and it worked well. I love the fact that it is the only condo we have stayed in that has a desk. I snorkel and take pics so it is nice to have a place to put a computer. I have stayed at this complex multiple times and love it for its location, spacious condos and manicured grounds. This was my first time in this unit. The Master Bedroom has a foam mattress that is more comfortable than mine at home. My husband and I both woke up in the same positions we were in when we fell asleep. The kitchen was very well stocked with even a waffle iron. The cookware was in good condition and there was a rice cooker and crock pot, in case you wanted to know. We really enjoyed our stay in I-3. It was my wife and I with our 2 teens for our spring break. The unit had all we needed with a good assortment of beach supplies and all the kitchen gadgets that we could need. The lanai had a surprisingly good view of the ocean and was excellent for morning coffee as well as sunset watching. This unit was an excellent value and we would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay on our trip to the big island. We have been going to Kona for many years and this is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. Both the Condo and the grounds are first class. And the kitchen is well stocked. Only downside Queen bed in second room was very firm !! A BBQ on the patio would be a nice addition. But the one at the pool did in a pinch. Would definitely return.

Very nice townhouse. It is the same as a 3 bdrm but 1 bdrm is locked off as well as the garage. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The only thing that would be nice to have is a BBQ. There is one at the pool area, which is about a block away.

We rented Na Hale O Keauhou Townhome I-3 for 8 days. The location is convenient to everything on Ali'i drive and the Keauhou Shopping Center. We ventured down to 2-step for snorkeling using the bypass road, which saves a tremendous amount of time rather than taking the scenic upper highway. We were pleasantly surprised how absolutely quiet the area was during our stay. The home was very clean and the beds very comfortable. A welcome basket with fresh fruit was waiting for us. The neighbors to the north have a couple small dogs but the owners do not let them bark too long, and you can't hear them if the doors and windows are closed. These are are very well built homes as you can not hear any noise from the adjoining units.

I've vacationed in the Keauhou area dozens of times over the past 25 years, always staying in condominiums, but this was our first time in Ha Hale O'Keauhou. I must say that this unit is already among my top choices! It is certainly well-appointed - beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed - literally! It got to the point that we didn't even wonder if it had something. Instead we would say "I'm sure there is (fill in the blank) - around here somewhere!". We have stayed at Nahale O'Keauhou many times over the years, and this last Christmas did not disappoint. Townhouse I-3 is beautiful and was perfectly set up. I-3 is an amazing condo rental. It is in the best location in South Kona with easy access to Keauhou Bay, nearby groceries and gas station, and all that Kona has to offer up alii Drive. This unit is ideally located in a quiet part of the beautiful complex. It is uniquely furnished to provide luxury and appeal to the guests. It provides all the comforts of home and we enjoyed every minute. It is close to excellent restaurants, snorkeling beaches and golfing. It provides a beautiful view of the sunset from the lanai. The pool and workout room are beautiful should you decide to relax at home for the day. It is definitely an excellent value.

The unit was so clean and well appointed that we felt welcome and comfortable the instant we walked in the door. Our ocean views from both the lower and upper lanais gave us spectacular Hawaii sunset sightings. The onsite pool, hot tub, BBQ and workout room fitted all our immediate recreational needs and shopping, ocean sports, golfing, etc. were just outside the complex gate. It was the great Hawaii experience we always expected. The best value on the island!
