Relaxing stay at the KKS&R; condo #5-203
Condo is in a great location. Very spacious, with a large lanai over looking the ocean. The kitchen comes well equiped, and on property there are also several gas BBQ grills to use as well. The condo owners also had boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, and even a beach umbrella. Condo owners communicated timely, and effectively. Would definitely recommend to friends and other family members.
Wonderful Condo on the Kona Coast
Wow! What a wonderful place. The lanai alone is worth the price of the rental! A very nicely appointed two bedroom which just feels like home the moment you walk in. The condo was immaculate with a well-equipped in a very nice resort very convenient to everything in the Kona area. Fall asleep with the sound of the waves, just incredible. Also worth noting is that the owner was a joy to work with and really committed to our feeling comfortable. We are already saving for our next visit. Maholo!
Beautiful condo in paradise
Aloha, we really enjoyed our week in this condo. The owner provided excellent service. It was easy to make a reservation, and clear instructions and directions were emailed to us. And, there was a lovely gift basket on the counter for us when we arrived. We thought that the condo was much nicer than it showed in the photos. This is a beautiful, spacious condo in a great location right on the ocean. The Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a quiet and well-maintained complex. This was not our first trip to Kona but it was the first time that we stayed at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, and we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Kona.

We had a great stay in this wonderful condo. It is very well equiped and it was very clean.The view from the lanai and even from the bedroom is breathtaking. We saw a whale jumping out of the water right in front of the lanai.And one morning even a large group of dolphins passed by.The grounds are very well maintained. We sure would like to come back.
Ocean Front Really Means Ocean Front
We rented this condo after visiting a friend who rented in the same building. Previously we had stayed at the Kanaloa in ocean front units. We were not disappointed. Much of the unit has been renovated and the furniture and decorating was very tasteful. We loved the fact that the owner had provided all the necessary beach accessories. The kitchen was much better equipped than other resort condos we've rented. While we were there the surf was so high they boarded up the lanaiis on the first floor for 2 days. You definitely want to be on the second or third floor for the view and to avoid being in a "box."
Elegantly appointed, clean, A-1 location
First class service, professional, courteous and friendly. The condo was well equiped, clean, comfortable. The location was awesome, close to shopping, snorkelling and tennis. The susnsets and the views are un-paralleled.
Simply wonderful!
This is the perfect condo! Having been members of RCI for years, this is by far the best condo we have rented. The pictures don't even do it justice! The rooms are large, bright, and comfortable. The lanai is. wonderful (and larger than it looks in the photos) and the kitchen includes every kind of utensil, small appliance, and serving and dishware you could want. There were 4 of us and the condo is set up perfectly for that number. The second bedroom looks over a beautiful golf course (not a parking lot like other buildings in the resort) and the master and living room/dining room and kitchen overlook the ocean. The master bedroom and living room are separated by sliding screens so that during the day, there is an ocean view the full width of the condo. Perfect all around. And Elizabeth is wonderful to work with. We will be back!
We just had the Perfect Vacation!
Unit 5-203 was fantastic. The view from the lanai is fabulous; the ocean seeming to be a few feet away. It really is only 100 feet or so away. The soft sounds of the waves are very restful. All the appointments are quite good. This was our 4th vacation to Hawaii, however, the first time on the "Big Island.â We have really fallen for the Kona area and further, couldn't ask for a better resort than The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club. Our Condo was complete with everything necessary to make a vacation stay great. And the owner, Elizabeth , was so very accommodating and informative before our arrival. Every detail from the Kona airport to entry of the unit's front door of the unit was perfectly described.
