Nice oceanfront condo with plenty of room

The condo has a beautiful lanai with a view of the ocean and ocean pool, plus another lanai off the bedroom facing the resort. The grounds are maintained meticulously. All pools are well maintained and very clean. We appreciated that there is a quiet pool... more and when you want more action, the other two pools are available. There is plenty of floor space and having two bathrooms is convenient for when you want two showers at the same time. The kitchen had all appliances needed and the washer and dryer in unit is great. If there was a problem, all I needed to do was email and I received a response quickly. I will say that the main bath and kitchen finishes could be updated. We also did have some times where there was a lot of noise from above, which sounded like kids running and constant moving of furniture. It would be nice if there was some additional noise dampening in the unit above. We had a great time at the Kanaloa and would stay there again if the opportunity arises. less

Great condo with ocean views

We recently stayed in a condo at Kanaloa at Kona which was everything and more as described. The location was perfect for us - close to Kona but far enough away that avoided crowds and noise (we did have a rental car). The condo itself... more had good breezes so no air conditioning was necessary for our December stay. Nice view of ocean - we did see dolphins and humpback whales from front deck. The ocean front pool was directly in front of condo and mostly a quiet crowd. Upon arrival, there was a nice selection of local fruits and Kona coffee which we enjoyed throughout the visit. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pans, etc for cooking as well as spices, sauces which were much appreciated. A winner for sure. less

One of the best in Kanaloa!

2503 is one of the best in the complex if you enjoy a well equipped condo with direct views of the ocean. It is absolutely the cleanest of any of the units we’ve rented and the kitchen included EVERYTHING we needed or could ever need,... more right down to spices and seasonings. We were delighted to find a welcome basket upon our arrival which included Kanalani Ohana Farm Organic coffee, the best on the Island! less
